@@JoseMiguelSempertegui19you just answered your own question bro. Trading is personal, you know yourself better than anybody else. If watching both sessions leads to you over trading what do you think you should do? Be your own coach that’s the only way you’ll make it
Back test and see which sessions your most profitable in, if you have a winning trade in AM not trade PM if you dont see a trade in AM maybe look at PM, if u take a loss in AM look at PM for a opportunity half position size of the first loss.
