I love this song it’s very dear to me my best friend that I’ve went to high school with introduced me to dance Gavin dance and this was one of the first songs I’ve listened to. Sadly my friend is no longer here anymore but she introduced me to one of the greatest post hardcore bands ever,May she rest in peace.
"these people make you feel some type of way" 😆 man I've been trying to explain that for years! All DGD albums take you on a roller coaster. Headphones are a must!
Wow! It's so awesome that somebody's finally reacted to this song; I love this one. If you're still interested in this album, "it's safe to say you dig the backseat" is another badass song from it
Dude once again watching you absolutely enjoy the shit out of this reminds me of myself in high school many moons ago. Still my favorite band to listen to. I'll keep leaving recommendations here. It's safe to say you Dig the back Seat Spooks Tree Village NASA Stroke God, Millionaire Death of a Strawberry I'll stop the list here before I get too crazy😂
Definitely check out their newer albums, like Instant Gratification (the same album with We Own the Night). Also, I love the dog cam to satisfy our puppy needs
I love dgd, I’ve heard all of their newer albums, starting from acceptance speech and onwards. With a bit of songs here and there from their previous works. Downtown’s album I know a bit of and this happened to be one of the songs I never paid attention to but giving it a second try with you was great. I really loved it too. The clean vocals and screams harmonizing that way is one of their iconic sounds they have. Keep up the reactions! Especially anything with dgd!
could watch these all day. ur awesome. fav band of all time. Ugh. i keep trying to get my brother into them but he’s just not interested. u know how it is. sometimes im not interested in other ppls recommendations but GOD. i wish more ppl understoop how fucking dope they are. cool. flair. aptitude. and just brilliance.
Should check out their Downtown Battle Mountain II album, it's in my top 5 favorite overall albums ever. Swan Soup is a personal favorite off of it. Keep the DGD coming
I've listen to DGD since like 09 ish and then got really into them like 2015 and not once paid attention or could understand the lyrics until I started looking them up lol. Johny Craig loves to drag out his words where they sound like one thing, but end up being another. And jon is just wild with his lyrics. Kudos to you for actually being able to understand the words and pull out some key messages in the song lol.
Your reaction is very genuine, i like how you mentioned that feeling they leave inside :) if you you enjoy this music i suggest listening to band- Save Us From The Archon song -Trancing Nostalgia.
Jonny Craig, the singer of this song, played on a few bands after DGD. There are a ton of opinions on what his best work was, Personally id love to hear you react to songs off the Beautiful Death album by the band slaves. I think its some of jonny craigs best work
"Played in a few bands" is a nice way of saying every single band he's been in has gotten tired of his fucking bullshit and kicked him out. Million dollar talent and an absolute zero human being.
One of my favorite songs to play. Jonny is the absolute best hands down

"whatever i say is royal ocean" was the first album. also great.
more on the heavy side...closer to secret band than dgd's newer stuff; love it though!

If you haven't already, please react to Hot Water On Wool/Reprise. It's with their second singer. I consider it their best song.
If you keep making dgd reactions, I'll keep watching lol
