I actually calculated how many cookies Robot Riba made in this scene. I took a screenshot of her holding a tray of cookies, and there were 6 on one tray. And Uniqua said at 1:23 into the song, "She's on her 747th batch!" So I multiplied 6 by 747 and got 4482 cookies. That is... a lot of cookies.

Season 1 was the one that gave me some memories, especially the Flying Rock and Secret Mission.

I remember back in 2015 I was watching the backyardigans a lot since my closest friends at the time watched them and were really into them. There are a couple I remember watching on treehouse back in 2014 and earlier like Horsing around, legend of the volcano sisters, Surfs up (possibly) and a giant problem. I went back to watching them a lot a couple years later and saw some I hadn’t seen yet. And was watching them a lot. Many more years later I discovered many backyardigans episodes I hadn’t seen yet so I watched the ones I hadn’t seen yet (This episode was the last backyardigans episode I ever saw for the first time) and then the ones I hadn’t seen in a very long time and then I watched all of them in order (Sort of) and now I’ve seen every single backyardigans episode at least twice. Most I’ve seen more than that.

I find it crazy that one person’s speaking voice can sound similar to another person’s singing voice. Two different people come together with their speaking and singing to create one character. It’s amazing.

Omg i just got flashbacks of my first time watching this episode 😭. It was in 2010 and my parents had just bought me the DVD of the new episode and I was really getting into the story and the new songs 😍😍😭.
That’s nice. I remember when I was 10, I saved up my allowance to buy the Robot Rampage dvd myself.
Fun fact: this was the only special where Chris Grant Jr voices Tyrone, Avion Baker sings for Uniqua and Nicholas Barasch sings for Austin

I'm doing a project in school where we get to choose a fictional movie or episode and I chose this episode!
Mainly because it has enough characters to pass archetype phase lol!
Anyways, Robot Repairman is very catchy yet kinda dark, Robot On A Rampage is my 2nd fave from this episode, I am Professor Bug is my least favorite from this episode but is still great, Screw Loose is a great bop lol, I Get Whatever I Want is funny with the robots dancing, and Give Me Tne remote is my favorite from the episode and is very climactic and catchy!
Overall, 2nd best episode from the show and I'll do my International Super Spy review next! Also you should make a playlist of the songs from double length episodes

Gotta say, I love the starting and stopping points you've chosen for all these songs (thank you so much for your work by the way; I've been loving the playlists!) but I do have a soft spot for the build up to this song in particular, with that piano tracing out the main melody as Austin and Roscoe are initially chasing the rogue robot around the kitchen. Something about it is very pleasant, especially as the other instruments join in.
(Also, pardon the question, but I looked and I couldn't find it - do you happen to have the little theme song variants for the double feature episodes? Super Spy, Mighty Knights, Robot Rampage? The Robot Rampage one in particular was one of my favorite tunes, hehe. I like the mechanical noises in the background of it, and the piano's as strong and delightful as always~)
Why did they put season 4 on Nickelodeon instead of on Nick Jr
fun fact: this aired in October 13, 2009, 3 years after the doctor who episode, The rise of the cybermen,aired back in may 13 2006. you can make the comparison of the robots to the cybermen and see that they kinda look alike
