Just brought my 3rd baby home to a 27ft camper. Crumbling marriage. Living paycheck to paycheck. I just started a new job at the rescue mission a month ago after months of praying and considering it. I don't know how to explain it, but lately i feel like I'm stepping into what God has for me. I have no reason to feel that way beyond the anticipation in my chest and the joy in my heart. I know God will use me.

This is the first time I've really cried since I was diagnosed with cancer and my 10 year relationship ending all within 6 weeks of each other! I actually prayed to die I was so sick! But God healed me....and now I'm moving on to what God has for me in the next season!! To God be the Glory!!

Sometimes it is just a way to teach us what others go through, or what being separated form Him is like, versus walking in The Father's favor (as in the case of prodigal son). Around 1:04:00 I started busting out in tears because I have been dealing with heart break from my longest relationship for the last five months. I would wake up at 4am for two months straght with heart pain. I remember when I was on the roof of my building attempting to jump, I called my ex and she said she didn't want to be my emergency contact anymore. By God's grace, a close friend who lived outside of town happened to be around the corner and came. He actually recommended "How to Build Your Vision From the Ground UP Q&A"," but then I was called to this video. This part that Bishop Jakes said is so true. I was so comfortable in that pain. But that pain is a stage, not the destination. I'm so blessed to have received this message today. My spirit needed it.
This message was for me. All of it. God is truly everywhere. When a 50 year old Hispanic woman living in the Virgin Islands can be empowered and receive confirmation for my life assignment through a RUclips video, it’s only the hand of God.
I usually put on sermons when I am in to sleep because they help my spirit rest, but this actually woke me up out my sleep! So here I am am at 3:38 am, receiving a word that I didn't know that I needed.

No, the problem is, people are seeking success. Jesus calls us to pick up our cross, to love our cross, to follow him even unto death. He calls us to sacrifice all for the love of him...not seek to be empowered. We are called to total dependence on God and to be like our Lord. Jesus never told his disciples, "follow me so that you can be groomed for success" in fact he told them to expect persecution and even death.
@@DavidGonzalez-kz5wp OK so tell me this, when Jesus was at a wedding, when He turned water into wine...did He preach the Gospel to the people that were getting drunk and celebrating or did He celebrate with them (without getting drunk) and knew it wasn't His time yet? Jesus showed us that He can relate to our daily life. And yes He wants us to be successful but successful in Him. How they minister to God's people might not be your usual sermons that you're use to, but it changed people's lives. Some of them weren't even saved until they heard this message. Some were able to get a little closer to Jesus than before. You have a blessed one.

TD Jakes and his announting has brought me through some of the darkest places through my life. I somehow stopped watching and seeking his word because he no longer felt reachable, with all the glam and money, but when I watched this Crushing word, it definitely drew me back, snatched me and I fell in love again with the Announting and Power of God that comes through him, and it felt good, refleshing, and powerful. It revived something that was dead and dormant in me for a long time. Thank you Pastor that you never wither and you always stand strong at times like you said, not for you but for those that need a Word. I must say......This broke a dam inside of me that has held back God’s assignment for my life. I know the sole purpose of why He created me, but I’ve refused to embrace it fully. I’ve used life (my crushing) as an excuse for why I haven’t produced the wine that should come from this season of my life. I realize more than ever, how much I’ve not just constricted the flow, but dammed it up. I let my crushing become a destination, rather than transportation. NEVER again!! I cried tears like I haven’t in many years. Tears of joy and relief. The breaking of the dam, relieved pressure that had built up, under my own self imposed imprisonment. I thank God for Pastor Steven Furtick, but I am truly honored to have been of the receiving end of this transformational word from Bishop T.D. Jakes. Like David, I strengthen myself in the Lord and take the “reigns” of God’s assignment for my life. Thank God for the men of God. God bless you all.

I'm married but my husband became disabled after I said "I do", there have been times I wanted to quit but God has bigger plans. Im so grateful i listened to Him and not my feelings or own thoughts!! I rarely share my inner emotions with anyone but the Lord, but tonight is different...I am crushed, yet again, I cried out to the Lord saying how much more, why does the rug always get pulled?! I was so angry/disappointed, especially this time, i had made it up the mountain, again only to get crushed, again...
but tonight the Lord gave me this "Crushing" message ...and on this sleepless night, also the text below, that made me hopeful, though I am tired, that I will get back up again:

It's amazing to see that even though Steven Furtick has been preaching since he was a teenager, and is well seasoned in the word of God, when he's around T.D. Jakes, he becomes a little kid in spirit again. It's not that Steven idolizes Jakes' work as a preacher, but rather, understands that there's always more learning to do through the Bible. We as humans will never know everything there is to know about the world.

@@MissLD01 I am not aware of where it says this specifically, or if it does. You just have to read the book. There are parts where it speaks of suffering in the New Testament. 1 Peter is one...don’t think it strange. I mean just look at the lives of those that God used. They weren’t crushed?
