    Thank you Dr Raszek for the advices. I bought the device and using it since beginning of January and I can say it is having positive impact in my quality of life. First of all I noticed that using it before bed time I get a better quality of sleep , it creates a kind of natural sedation to me. I sleep more and better. Secondly when using during day, it provides me relaxation , calmness, serenity and more clarity in rational thinking. I feel more balanced. And third , which was the main reason I bought it , the strange symptomatic palpitations / arrhythmias are substantially reduced. I am a NHS doc consultant. It working for me. I believe I suffered from what’s called vaccine injure effects.

    Two things :
    1) seems acupressure point on inner pinky is a vagus nerve point . Interestingly before I knew this I noticed that point in EFT helped my tension the most .
    2) might huberman’s utubes on a breathing technique that shifts u from sympathetic fight or flight to parasympathetic rest and restore actually be working through the vagus nerve ? It’s a double inhale ie w a catch breath at the top, then hold, then slow exhale . 3x seems to accomplish this as per Huberman citing research.
    Thanks for being so responsive to everyone’s comments . Rare bird!

      I think that breathing exercises definitely would be impacting the vagus nerve. I am now leaning on how the vagus nerve regulates these functions but we can also influence back the vagus nerve in how we affect these very same functions. For example, in a previous video I discussed how we breathe can affect the blood pH (ruclips.net/video/J4q-dS1-Sks/видео.html) and this information is fed back to our brain. I definitely hope I will venture in the science of it in the future as well!

    we know that there can be persistence of spike, we have studied that the spike can be present throughout most of the body including the brain, we have studied that the spike causes inflammation, we have studied this inflammation can lead to damage to various organs/tissues/vessels and nerves, its internal damage,, we can alleviate symptoms but the root cause of the symptoms remain.

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  4 месяца назад +5

    I bought it for my girlfriend, unfortunately we kept it but not really made any difference, she has had long covid 2.5 years. I think polyvagal theory could be the way but I think it's important to know if ur body is in shutdown or flight or flight. Doesn't look like braintraining rewiring nervous system will work if body is in freeze/ shutdown.

    • @ddraigcymraeg

      Hi. Check out the work of Irene Lyon (and others) She helps people with exercises specifically with regulating the nervous system to get out of fight, fight and freeze. This builds nervous system capacity and regulation as well as processing the traumas in a very organic way from the body. Meditation, yoga, etc. is considered very advanced by Irene’s work since her work is all about allowing the body to guide. it’s very very basic (and somatically driven.
      With more capacity in the nervous system, then other modes more forcefu llike brain retraining Will /can more affective
      Saying that Irene and others have advanced techniques as well, and even her basic stuff is rewiring nervous system.

      @Merogenomics hey there well it was a desperate attempt in all honesty cuz she had been recovering but had a bad relapse pushing her self too much I think. So the symptoms are a huge list! But the nurosym said it might help with brain fog pain sleep , but she's not sure it really made alot of difference. I think if we get her out of shutdown maybe try again then. Il let u know if it works in the future. Her main symptoms are migraines ,brain fog , body tremors , insomnia.

      @ddraigcymraeg 4 месяца назад

      @@stevenbrimfield9550 Hi, glad that she is making progress, but sorry for the relapse.
      She will get back once she rests, I'm sure. Yes building nervous system regulation and capacity especially at first requires much gentleness and patience. I can relate to pushing it myself. Irene's approach (Guess this work is called The New Traumatology) is subtle powerful and gentle (its built on decades of work from others as well). From my own experience. I'm now incorporating direct vagus nerve techniques like cold showers. I dont have long covid but other symptoms like visual snow, which after putting pieces together realize its due to dysregulated system (from early childhood trauma and stress from living etc..bad diet, lifestyle).
      With my diagnoses western medicine doesnt really know whats going on. The nervous system work has been helping people like myself as well as others with autoimmune and other conditions. Wondering just how many people with long covid also have dysregulated nervous systems due to trauma. We can be fine going through life (not realizing how stressed out the body is due to freeze), and all it takes is a stress here, a drug there, infection etc.. to push the body out of balance enough to show symptoms .Vagus nerve obviously plays a big part in all this.

    for me an indication of my health is to hold my breath once a week...over the last few years and whilst I had covid I could only hold my breath for 30 seconds to a minute.

      hi there , its been a real hard slog to getback to some sort of normal, appreciate your kind words.
      so the breathing exercises are essential I believe and you do need to know how to do them and why you're doing them..
      To learn see this ruclips.net/video/CBW7CEyjYKg/видео.htmlsi=FKZ2rKML6fjW0b9q@@Merogenomics nice easy one to start with ruclips.net/video/wnJW482CoAs/видео.htmlsi=w9dXG5LUO77-B5ZF
      Fasting was impossible when at my worst and has taken years from vax poison to start doing longer. watching this inspired me to try again...should start 7.23 ruclips.net/video/WJcIfLUR6gg/видео.htmlsi=m_pqcjj0RIPQ0sBy&t=443
      it was probably actually your lecture on igG4's that started me on the fasting again and the use of the Beta glucans because I had tried many things and still had fatigue.
      after years of research I would suggest that gut health is also essential for real health and the B glucans seemed like a good suggestion. As not only good for gut but brain health..
      The last month has been my best in years ..maybe i should add this guy has been a big inflence too www.youtube.com/@LTPottenger
      I hope you invest in some breath work I bet you'd be amazing and easily do 5 minute breathhold ...All the best from a very hot 35 degrees Melbourne Australia

      I think collectively we just feel to awkward to easily admit to such a huge mess created through accident if the virus was a lab escape. Then we have to start looking for accountability, pointing fingers, and it might be just easier to assume that maybe we just forget this ever happened? Not sure, just guessing here but clearly media is not a source of all info being objectively discussed, so if certain topics are not desired to be a part of discussion, they just don't appear

I had interaction with companies about supplements as an option to help with Long COVID but this was more attractive especially since there is lots of science on vagus nerve neuromodulation and it is typically touted as extremely safe. Lets find out, the posture and movements are done daily or twice a week are flowing and movment is connecting to breath and hartbeat, after 3 to six weeks a flow exists were the meridians have been activated small energy centers called chakra the spin interlocing one left one right yin yang female male, these are all aligned fine tuned like a watch coil so the vagus nerve begins to regulate the whole body system around this fact, all things are spinning all planets, down to the very energy centeres of the body, as above so below is harmonized mind body and soul.

    You can stop the activation of endothelial and inflammation by shielding space weather. I have been experimenting for over ten years. As long as space weather is acting on damage, it will continue the fester or a other words disease. I also mitigated thousands of medical episodes by shielding the trigger (space weather, specifically geo-magnetic induction and cosmic ray secondaries) I also reversed two cases of dementia in about 6 weeks by shielding space weather overnight and during episodes. (Mid-level)
    all medical episodes from seizures to Fibromyalgia, even adhesive arachnoiditis mitigated within 30 seconds to no longer than 10 minutes when shielding space weather, which I found to be the most upstream trigger mechanism.
    See Harvard study July 2022 " flares activate endothelial and inflammation" to get an idea of what I am talking about.

      @Merogenomics HDPE, galvanized metal or a lot of layers of heavy foil. You can replace HDPE with polyisocyanurate boards and those are good enough (shielding about 70% cosmic ray secondaries except in a few circumstances) The best metel believe it or not, for geo magnetic activity, which creates a very low frequency induction, is stainless steel. Now that is cost a lot of money for some, so I tested different metals and found that a good reduction is all that is needed to stop the medical episode except migraine seems to need more if one is very sensitive, but also could appear that way because of cortical spreading continues without space weather, not sure.
      (Note HDPE has a high hydrogen molecular bonds which strip cosmic ray secondaries and HZE, important to use specific materials for these)

    • @SacredOwl
      @SacredOwl 4 месяца назад +1

      @Merogenomics I forgot to mention, I tracked several people with long covid, the long covid pain flare ups have a 100% correlation to space weather. I only tracked a few people, but it makes sense and that is why I mentioned that study. The only actual test for long covid with shielding is one person. I also found (by accident) that Fibromyalgia flare ups take 30 seconds to mitigate in a shielded room, the flare ups have a 100% correlation to rapid modulation of the magnetosphere and not the typical cosmic ray or ring current induction implicated in most other types of medical episodes.

    When cell mechanisms are destroyed by the effects of the the jab, or coagulation effects are there, I think this "device" cannot work. 8 feb 2024.

      I would agree, this is not to help against physical damage, it is to restore the vagus nerve tone and improve the symptomatic consequences of its perturbance.

    I was told that to activate the vagus nerve you need to hum!

      Yes, lots of people have mentioned that! But I am not sure if it can be any humming or if it has to be some specific pitch

      I tried humming for my knee pain. Didn’t work so I purchased the device. Device worked since first use, haven’t had knee pain since.

      @Merogenomics  4 месяца назад +3

      It is real for those who suffer. You can call it any other name if you prefer, but people's problems are very real. I have talked to many personally already and sometimes it is quite horrific.

      I suffer from Long Covid. Yes it is Real. Before I contracted it I was climbing ladders, lifting 50lb boxes and on my feet walking 5 miles a day on my job. For two months after Covid barely walking to the bathroom. Now two years later can’t stand or walk or clean house over 4 hours even with a cane without collapsing afterwards.
