This opening should have been in Season 22/1990 to 1991 of Sesame Street in the American style with the Sesame Street logo and blankness as well as other episode number animation openings.

This claymation openings from the 90s intro video should have been used in Season 23/1991 to 1992 with the Sesame Street logo and Smiley Face so in the first episodes of Late Season 7 and Seasons 22-23 Episodes with Cold Opening Scenes had the Sesame Street Logo and Episode Numbers in the opening title sequence/intro.
