    Could you please explain how to complete city registration and marriage registration?

      1. Visit the local Bürgeramt.
      2. Bring your passport, Wohnungsgeberbestätigung (landlord confirmation), and visa (if needed).
      3. Register within 2 weeks of moving.

      @@shaikhsaniya9926 If your marriage was conducted in another country and you want to register it in Germany, follow these steps:
      1. Submit Documents to the Standesamt (Registry Office):
      • Your foreign marriage certificate, which may need to be apostilled or legalized.
      • Translations of the marriage certificate into German (by a certified translator).
      • Passports/IDs.
      • Meldebescheinigung (residence registration).
      • Proof of prior marriages being dissolved (if applicable).
      2. Recognition of Marriage: The Standesamt will verify the documents and register the marriage.
