Hello again. Very elegant looking form you have there. I hope you can answer more questions I have. I should preface by saying that I'm learning from a teacher who teaches a 37 form, but it is different from yours. I do believe it is a Yang style form as he also teaches a yang 108 form, and the sequences are sort of similar except the postures are different with the 37 having smaller stances with more floppy hand movements and the 108 being larger with lower stances but more stretched out hand positions. May I ask the following questions:
    1) Your 37 form looks like it is something in between the 37 and 108 form I'm learning. The 6 Roads seems to have the higher narrow stance of the 37 I'm learning, but with larger more pronounced hand movements of the 108. Do you know if there is a reason for this?
    2) When you say "mirrored," I'm assuming that you are doing the whole form on the other side? Is this correct? If so, I've always wondered why almost all the Taiji forms I've seen seem to favor one side? Like for instance, in the forms I'm learning the "Single Whip" seems to only be done on one side (I think I saw a single whip in your form and i think it was only done on the one side? Please correct me if I'm wrong). I used to do karate and a little bit of wing chun and those styles perform in sequences that go left side then right side, and repeat etc, for nearly all their movements. Even some of the Qigong I've learnt tends to have a similar symmetry to karate and wing chun. But In Taiji, it seems that the repetition and movement symmetry favors different moves on different sides. Is there a reason for this?
    3) If you are doing your whole form on the other side, then I'm so glad to have caught this video, because I've been trying to learn my forms on both sides. But I don't know if I should attempt this, because learning the correct positioning on just one side is already so difficult and so easy to do incorrectly once I understand the details. So may I ask, do you recommend training both sides? Should I put off other-side training till after I've aced the form on one side? And do you only "mirror" your form as teaching device for your students and viewers convenience, or is there a practical reason for your symmetrical skill?
    4) Are the "sink," "float," "gather," "expand" "release" etc, universal to all Yang forms? Or specific only to the 6 Roads method?
    5) I think I saw Buddhist beads on both your wrists. Do you do Buddhist practices like mindfulness, mantra, yoga? If so, do you recommend studying such practices along with Taiji? I'm assuming because you have beads on both your wrists, you can also meditate on both sides just like your Taiji... just kidding😁.
Anyway, No worries if you can't answer all or any of my queries. I know I ask monster questions and I'm sure you are busy. But I thought I'd try my luck. Regardless, I very much appreciate your videos. You are a fantastic teacher and your channel is a gem. Thank you once again and Kind regards🙏

Thank you Master Chester. When you are doing the form and voicing which hand or foot is being used sometimes it looks like you say the right arm or right foot when it looks infact like teh opposite limb. Are doing the form from yoru perspective or our perspective. Im looking at it from your perspective.

Well my experiment worked. I was going to text you, and ask you to do a mirrored version of this video, but I didn't want to selfishly bug a busy Tai Chi master. Then I realized your Jedi abilities are more than capable of hearing me in the ether, so I just sent out a strong thought...plus the other students asking you verbally probably helped too! Lol! Thanks!

Shifu, is what you are demonstrating above what is broken down and taught systematically in your Old Roads TC form video series? Will that series include a more comprehensive explanation of what we are doing (internally, externally, mentally) with the gather, release, float, swing, sinks, etc...?
