It's them most useful vehicle imaginable.
It charges from a 3 pin 13amp socket at home, or with a type 2 adapter at a charging station, and also has a CHAdeMO fast charging port.

I have a minicab Miev in Australia, mine has a range of 50kl or so in winter and 70kl in summer, I still love it and once I can find someone other than a cowboy to do a battery swap I will be trying to purchase some BYD blade batteries and I should be able to fit 36kwh or so. It is my go to car for city driving.
We use this car at least once a day, every day.
This is why we've been reluctant to sell it.
With a battery upgrade we would most likely keep it forever!!!

Hey there mate. I have one of these in Auckland NZ.. Just wondered if you had a video, or knew how to replace the headlight bulbs.
I have the H4 bulb here but, am a bit unsure about how to open up the framing of the bulbs.
Any info would be much appreciated 👍
Did you find a UK insurance company that knows about this model of vehicle?
Normally people like Adrian Flux are very good at accommodating Japanese imports, even unusual models.
There are a lot of JDM cars in the UK, of which a lot were never sold in this market.
