  • Mega Moto Custom motor mount exhaust install pt.4
    Made a custom motor mount out of a Burris Racing Kart Riser plate and installed it on the Mega Moto 80/105 minibike. Also added a shortened F&B header pipe.

    I was working on the same area as you just a few minutes ago on the Stinger kart. I eiiminated a jackshaft and had to make two risers/mounts so the motor can hang off the plate and line up with the sprocket.

    Should have just cut by the exhaust flange and rotated the pipe down. They should make these exhaust flanges loose so the pipes can be repositioned more.

    I would brace that pipe they tend to crack if not braced properly

  • @johnk6346

    I would have set the engine a little further back also the header pipe is to close to the seat

  • @Strict30

    Another thing I have to do was put a plate across the seat cause that pipe gonna melt the seat.

    That brake don't last long. I quit using them. I only use twin piston brakes now. Same as the GPS street tire. Sun f street tire is way better for only $28. (I go on long street rides figured this out)I thought you were going with something different than Predator and Tillotson?

    • @Black66
      @Black66  3 года назад

      That is not the engine going on the bike . The only thing Predator is the block . Its using a EC carbs stroker with a wildcat piston , EC rod , 58mm 236/223 crank , Tillotson head .
      I plan on changing brakes out later for bigger brakes . If I complete it the first time around I have no video material 👍🏼
