- For this weekend, Game Freak made a 7-star Raid Battle against Eevee along with a Mass Outbreak event where you can easily catch them. Just like the unique Unrivaled Pikachu event back on Pokemon Day, this Eevee has a shield for 100% of its health. Using the tried and true Iron Hands for this event will give you an easy win when you are battling it by yourself. Here's the set I use:
Iron Hands @ Booster Energy
Tera Fighting
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 Atk and 252 HP
Thunder Punch
Play Rough
Drain Punch
Belly Drum
Overall, it was pretty easy, especially once a Tera Boosted max Attack Drain Punch started to deal a good amount of damage. You just need to take into account that Eevee will likely outspeed your Iron Hands, so you'll need to see how much damage it's doing before you use a Belly Drum. - Игры
I caught a female Eevee. I used Iron Hands holding a Booster Energy to take her down. That was a piece of cake.
Brian hands really does live through everything
Why use booster item to up attack if your going to use belly drum? Doesn't that defeat the purpose or does the item do something else too?
Iirc booster calulates separate from +/- stats
Its a percent based boost calcuted after stat boosts. So its, irrc, 25% extra after 4x attack stat. Similarly, this works eith huge/pure power too. Ots why belly drum azu worked so well in ye olden days. Minus desynch ofc
I believe the calculation is, and we will use a 100 attack for simplicity sake, ((100 * 4)*1.25)-1
Or (400 * 1.25)-1
So a 100 attack pokemone with booster enegry atk and belly drum would be 499.
You remember how using Mew against unrivaled Mewtwo gave Mew a stat boost across the board and you could still temporarily boost your stats with moves like Nasty Plot? That's how Booster Energy works, except it's for a single stat.
