@@wilsonruleman I mean, would you really risk getting seriously ill or making others sick just for the sake of a movie; even if that movie was absolutely impeccable. To me, what Rick and Calvin are doing is perfectly reasonable, safe, and mature thing to do.
Professor X is the other Marvel character who's been involved directly with manipulating time and creating a different reality in *_Days of Future Past_* and so he seems like the PERFECT individual to be involved in that. Also, it helps that this also involves Wanda because, _"No More Mutants."_ is a massive shift in reality that hits at the core of how those types of reality altering things are a danger.
Imagine if the Xavier on the council is from a universe where Wanda killed off all the mutants and Xavier survived because he was off doing something in another universe or talking with the council.
Yup and he is part of the Iluminati such as Superior Ironman which is pretty much confirmed because of his Bots appearance

@@bensenzo Because we have ears. I've personally heard literally hundreds of hours of his voice between Star Trek, X-Men and other projects. That's Patrick Stewart. Playing SOMETHING. Because it's a multiverse its at least possible he's another character, but unlikely. People didn't respond well to Ralph Bohner, so they're unlikely to do something like that again.

You can compare the shots of Wanda and Strange in Wanda’s garden to the ones where she tells him “it doesn’t seem fair” and see that Wanda’s entire garden is an illusion she does to trick Strange.

Strange's face doing the cube thing is a live action version of the cube imagery in the House of M, we're getting the reverse House of M, that's for sure.
If I ever get to see Wanda say “no more mutants” in a live action Marvel movie, I don’t know what I’ll do. Also directed by Sam Raimi and the score done by Danny Elfman, this is legendary!
I think it would be kinda cooler if she said no more heroes or something like that.

In the MCU, I could see it be something like "More people like me" Or "I don't want to be alone" and that creates mutants.

Instead of No More Mutants, we drop the No and we're left with
"More mutants!!" After Wanda sees X and realizes there's more like her. This will cause the Mutants to show up in our mcu world
The Minotaur is Rintrah, from the comics. He also has his own official art for the movie and toy line.
The very important new girl is America Chavez AKA Miss America.
I can't believe they showed the illuminati in the trailer that's massive, they obviously didn't show all the members but the ultron style bots and the multiple chairs and most importantly patrick stewart as Professor X says it all, I'm beyond hyped.
The training location with Asian architecture you guys were referring to was filmed in Nepal. It is a really unique location for marvel so I am glad we are going back to it
And a surprising place to film, with Disney being so buddy-buddy with China.

In all honesty Dr. Strange may be the biggest threat in the MCU. He's now tampered with reality on 3 separate occasions.
Have you watched What If? There is a version of Strange that destroyed his entire universe because he was trying to bring Christine back from the dead.
Strange is literally his own worst enemy.

The illuminati isn't a multiverse council in the comics, it's all same universe 616 characters. Iron man, professor x, black panther, namor, Reed Richards, Dr strange, even captain America was a member for a while.
This looks super exciting I can't wait to see this movie, this and the Obi Wan series are the things I have been most excited for from Disney, and both are THE SAME MONTH

If Reed Richards is on that council then that is the perfect setup for bringing the Fantastic Four into the MCU, along with Professor X and hopefully more mutants. If you look at the Doctor Strange 2 Poster, where Strange is in the middle, surrounded by broken glass, you can see Captain Carter's Shield in the bottom right corner.

@@RedHeadKevin We still have Wasp, Ant-Man, War Machine, Falcon/Captain America, Winter Soldier. Bruce Banner is alive, so Hulk can always come back; Pepper Potts still have her Rescue armor; Matt Murdock and the other Defenders are very much alive; Hawkeye is only retired; Laura Barton was teased as Mockingbird... plus we don't know the status of Coulson's team members or Vision, and the situation of Black Panther. I'd say Strange is definitely not the only adult surviving superhero on Earth.

In the trailer there are six chairs. Exactly for the Illuminati members. There are speculation that the hero that everyone guess wrong and looking like Captain Marvel, is literally Superior Iron Man. He's holding 3 stones, that's why he's so powerful. And he's glowing in orange when he's mad, exactly like in the trailer. Also The Iluminati members are Doctor Strange, Professor X, Iron Man, Namor, Reed Richards and Black Bolt. 6 chairs in the trailer. And some people stopped the trailer and zoomed into one of the chairs and it kinda looks like Reed Richards are sitting in it.

The cow person has got to be Bova, who was an evolved cow who acted as midwife to deliver Wanda and Pierto as babies in the comics. That makes the location Wundagore. Bova was created by the High Evolutionary, and that a whole big things to introduce to the MCU as well as Kang and the multiverse, so it might just be a nod.
Could be the minotaur Rintrah, who stood in for Wong as Strange's majordomo in the comics for a couple years.

The funny thing it is fair. D Strange breaks rules to fix everything and save people. Wanda broke the rules cause her toaster for a husband died. He saves people while she was puppeting townspeople to fit her fantasies.
No strange cast a spell that he was warned against and nearly sacrificed the entire multiverse breaking into the main reality to make people forget one persons identity. How is Wanda’s situation much different?

Because Strange didn't cause that spell to go haywire, Spider-Man did. Meanwhile, Wanda knew she was hurting a lot of people with her magic bubble over Westview but she continued on like she didn't care.
She was having a mental breakdown when that happened, so she couldn't really think straight. Besides once she found out how much problems she was really valuable causing she stopped. Besides its still nothing compared to the typical bullshit Strange causes on a regular basis.
The Ultron robots make me think it's the Illuminati which means Iron Man is back

@@stephenhenderson809 There are Illuminati groups from different universes in that run but each team contains characters that are from the same universe. There wasn't a team that had members from different universes.
Honestly, now that some of the sting has occurred, I think Ralph Bohner is hilarious. It was such a meta-type of trolling (and of course they had no idea people were going to RUN with the theorizing, cameo-craze, etc) that fit right in with the sitcom-idea of recasting, AND the multiverse WAS still a thing that was coming so...I have no grudge. Plus nothing can take away from what it was like to react to it the first time.
So you bring an actor who plays another version of a character in another universe and you dont think people are gonna theorize??
@@2010josem Oh, of course it was intended to be a bit of a tease but I think there are a few factors that ended up making all the theorizing go into overdrive:
1)The pandemic meant that this show aired in a different order than intended (not to mention we were still more or less stuck with nothing to do) from the other shows/movies.
2)This aired right on the heels of Luke Skywalker showing up in the Mandalorian and so people were going nuts with trying to predict what crazy reveals, cameos, etc there were going to be.
I definitely think it was meant to get us thinking about the multiverse though, even if this character was a red herring
The scene where the Ultron Bots are taking Dr Strange up a staircase is set in the Great Court of the British Museum. The original building was designed by Robert Smirke but the Great Court including its huge glass and steel roof is much newer, opening in 2000.
I can't be the only person who remembers Charles Xavier's alter ego/dark side onslaught and the shadow king the dust cloud is how they first depicted shadow king as I remember it

Wanda is likely going batshit crazy by that point. Insanity is Wanda's version of Tony Stark's alcoholism, in that they get over it only to relapse a couple writers later
@@auberginemanproductions1608 Tony has never relapsed in the comics. The only time he appeared drunk after Demon in a Bottle was during Avengers Disassembled, and it was caused by Wanda's tampering with him.

@@mizrolist This is incorrect. Demon in a Bottle finished in 1979 with issue 128. Rhodey then became Iron Man in a separate story arc in Iron Man issue 170, a whopping 42 issues later, with a separate writer. This story involved Tony relapsing due to being betrayed by Indries Moomj. They are absolutely not the same storyline. He's also relapsed in Fear Itself

4:15 Wait, I thought Marvel Illuminati were mostly groups of other team leaders joined together like Professor X, Black Bolt, Iron Man, Dr Strange, Reed Richard and Namor? Well ok Dr Strange is not a team leader but each of them are like a "head" of sort like Dr Strange is the head magician, Namor is King of Atlantis while Proffessor X is like the leader of mutant of sort?
They are, but they mostly deal with world-threatening, multi-dimensional trouble. So, for the movies, why not a Multiversal Illuminati right from the get-go? Allows for more cameos and dropping of dangling plot threads they can chase in future movies/TV.

When they are in Jurassic World universe (it's probably not JW, but they are throwing everything they can, so let me dream), you can see for a brief second that the next world they are going to visit is a cartoon one. Not the style of What If, more like 80s, 90s shows, but it's still great, maybe X-Men 97' will get something since there will be a new season next year

The building they think they recognize (the white one with glass roof) is British Museum in London.
With the theme, vibe, lighting and even the voices. It really looks like a more serious MCU movie showing a more darker aspect of Marvel from what I've seen in the trailer. I really hope it's like that in the actual movie cause I would love to see that.
I think the cow person could be Bova Ayrshire who took care of the Maximoff twins in Wundagore. She was one of the creations of the High Evolutionary.

I think that when the fog rolls over Karmar Taj that Marvel edited it I think it’s a actually a red smoke that rolls towards them but they changed it to gray because if they kept it red it would’ve been a dead giveaway that it’s from the scarlet witch, and she is also nowhere to be found when karmar taj is attacked. It would be crazy if she’s the villain of this after all.
