One thing I still need to practice to increase my flow is: my heel and toe turns are not equal, and if I don't think about it one is almost twice as fast as the other. To practice, I do a count for each turn or do them on music to make them more equal. Cheers.

good video...I'll show it to friends who are improving as well.. Can you do one on the "speed check" in particular how you hold your direction and then you come out of it really nicely!

Kevin, have you ever used additional pads under your bindings, something like "PadRide"?

*1) Listen to music while riding.* You start reading the terrain better, without even realizing it.
    *2) Improve riding switch.*
*3) One mourning beer, one afternoon beer.*

Definitely.........in helmet speakers are a must, switch out the beers for hip flasks of whiskey though. 🤘

I don’t have helmet speakers so I’ve used ear buds but I feel like they mess with my balance or something while riding

From videos I have studied by various snowboard experts, keeping your weight centered is quite important regarding your concern. I used to lean this way and that when stuck on a flat, but it’s recommended that holding yourself center over your board will best help on a flat. We catch an edge when our center of gravity is not aligned with the position of the board.

    The next steps would be:
    - Learn to ride on one leg (perfect for ski lifts)
    - Learn to ride "switch" ( reverse)
    - Learn to jump over every little bump
    And the Big Bonus:
    - Learn to adjust your bindings correctly 🤣 (because everything is easier with the right setting)
Ride safe, stay healthy and have fun😜
