You can't remove the り /ri/ at the end, because then it'll become ホロ語 /horo-go/ which means [the] (Holo Language)

The lyrics are kinda describing the live in rural place in Japan (no TV, no radio, no phone, no bar, rarely see car, bus only come once in a day, etc). The word "Ora" is another form of "ore"(means 'me') but in very rural dialect (to depict the singer is a rural villager)
