Sir how to join teaching field after m.pharm ? Because in industry almost every month they out vacancy but in academics ? I have done job in pharma industry but now I decided to go in academics fields but I have no idea how to join ?
Sir I opted B Pharm today and getting admission in Govt Pharmacy college And I'm fully ready to break all the myths about pharmacy and I wanna go deep into it. B Pharm then M pharm then Ph.D. I hope I made a good decision what's your opinion sir please do let me know it's going to help me a lot to stay motivated all the time.

Actually, in Industry, MPharm pharm chem boys are preferred, becoz of night reactions boys can stay, gals can't. Gals are not very much suitable for Pharma industry. That's why gals take academic jobs in pharma. Very few gals are there in pharma industry. Gals taking pharmaceutics also very much high, but they all join academics and then do a PhD.
Yes, you are eligible, but first you have to complete B.Pharma, then you can take admission in MPharma. Total 6 years you have to spend. But why you want to do MPharma ? With MPharma also, less salary you will get. Not worth spending in pharma if you want to work in pharma industry.
