Hi, yes I used FlipaClip to make my old video like “Jiren vs Vegito”. A premium version is a one-time payment, so you can use it forever which is great if you’re planing on making a big project that requires a lot of layers to use. But if you are a beginner, I suggest using a free version for practice until you’re good at it, then you should go for premium.
The app is not that expensive for a one time used, but you should know that it’s price will getting more and more expensive. (I remember when I bought it, it’s only 5$, and now it’s 15$).
And for tool, a tablet is way easier cuz it has big screen and you can easily use stylus pen for accuracy.
