    Less circuitry and fewer moving parts than articulating nods, 7075 billet aluminum bridge & tube housings, and a pretty powerful illuminator that you can buy spot/flood lenses for. RNVG's all the way

    If money WAS an option, as it is for 98.27Z% of us out there, could you make a video suggesting/comparing the best NVG goggles for UNDER $3k? Thanks. Love your videos!!!

    would you recommend getting a PVS14 with a higher quality tube (L3 gen 3 white phos film less or a dual tube set up with lesser quality tubes (perhaps basic green phos). From what I’ve seen it seems that a top notch 14 can go for around 4500ish and a can prob find a lower end dual for the 6-6500 range. Would you recommend the quality over the one over the ability to have an extra tube if that extra price difference is manageable?

    Can you mix a nod and a thermal to get a fusion?

    • @mikethemaniac1
      @mikethemaniac1 4 года назад +2

      Yes. There's COTIs for NVGs that will project thermal outlines into your tubes, and there's also dedicated fusion systems, but they're extremely expensive, relatively heavy, and there's no helping about your battery life, that's going down the can.

    If you paint your target in moonless nights you get results

    you cannot see that great because you are using POORtonis night vision intensifiers. if you need to see in very very dark areas without artificial illumination then you honestly need to pay the money and get L3 filmless intensifiers.
