The steps in making the sauce separately in making meatloaf makes sense.. now I will adapt that process..no pork for me though.. chicken & turkey is my combo

Sad ....I expected more from Mr. Daza and his production team on a simple and oldschool dish like the fiesta/fish mayonaise.
