      Remember that what you learn is not always what you will use, but the problem solving skills you learn along the way by understanding rational deductions. Anyhow, this is in fact used to make many of the technologies we know of today, and a good portion of Math majors and Comp Sci students will use this to solve beautiful problems. Hope I could open your mind to what I think, but you are of course entitled to your criticism.

    Please i have an issue on a question i've been trying to solve .
    If x=2at/1+t^2 , y=b(1-t^2)/1-t^2 , evaluate x^2/a^2+y^2/b^2=1
