While they're is no denying that Ulbrich has done a good job with Saleh's defense, in order to become a truly elite DC, he needs to learn better how to confuse offenses with different creative looks. For instance, watching Quincy attack Russell Wilson in Denver last season was awesome. But what happened after that game? Nothing. Quincy went back to his usual role. That dude can be much more than a 2 sack/1 INT player and Ulbrich needs to devise creative ways to make that happen. Also, what about the Dallas game? Letting Lamb destroy our defense and not shutting him down was weak. This "we play this way and that's the way it is" style does not look good for a DC, which was a big reason why fans were ripping him last year. What made Belichick elite, was his ability to change his scheme every week based on the opponent. I'm not saying that's what Ulbrich needs to do, just give us some new creative looks no one has seen before and that's what could take us to the top of the defensive standings and prove that Ulbrich is a difference-making DC. We were not a great defense last season. We were a very good one. We have the talent now to be great. Trust me, when that happens, you'll look back at these last few seasons and realize there was a difference.
@@PrimeSportsNetwork Defense had 2-3 bad games last season. Only criticism is the Dallas and Browns game. Other than that the defense was elite, best in the league. If any other of the “elite” defenses around the league was put in constant bad situations like the Jets defense was every week they would be middle of the pack. Instead the Jets are still a top defense.
@@adambarran You can't be near the bottom of the league in rush defense and be called anything close to elite. I agree that once Rodgers starts playing, the defense will be in much better position to perform at a higher level. Let's hope they get the chance!
@@PrimeSportsNetwork Top in every category except 1. Best defense in the league hands down. EVERY other “elite” defense had an offense that was above middle of the pack or elite themselves and they were put in favorable situations all the time. If ANY other “elite” defense had to deal with the offensive struggles the Jets had they would be middle of the pack in most categories and bottom of the league in many other categories.
Sauce is only gonna travel with certain matchups, and switch up the looks between him and DJ. DJ is still a number 1 corner. Should’ve made pro bowl all pro in 2022 but he got disrespected. One of the top corners in the game.

Obviously I pray we win a ring, more than 1 honestly. But I have a serious feeling that a few years down the road once some of our big names have moved on in FA or our coach staff going elsewhere, I feel like everyone’s gonna look back on this team and say “how didn’t they win more?” Because I truly believe Brick will be a good HC and I know so many players that we have will go on to be amazing players for us and other teams. This locker room is special.
Kind of like that Lakers team a few years ago with Julius Randle, Brandon Ingram, Lonzo Ball, Josh Hart. Dudes that weren’t able to fully develop for whatever reason but always had the ability.

We’re gonna crack teams and steam roll them this season. I wish we kept Zach Wilson, that’s the only thing I disagree with. But other than that I always believed in our guys from day 1.
We just drafted a stud qb who’s younger and has a way better attitude than Zach lol Zach will probably be okay when he’s like 30😂
@@julianodirenzi5719 No QB shares as similar of a skillset and playing style to Aaron Rodgers than Zach Wilson. If Rodgers didn’t get injured Zach is still on the roster developing. Media propaganda defamed Zachs character.
