Hi Will and Sarah...... love your new van looks fabulous. was wondering which exterior screen and side window protector you use ? your wonderful videos over time have helped us more than you will ever know and we have loved witnessing and following your journey. great people keep them coming. thank you . Jilly 🤩
Not a bad show is it - we do like the Yorkshire one best of all. Some nice vans, the Brown Bird & Co are great - something different. Great tour and always great to see another perspective as you see things you missed :) All the very best, David & Rachel 👍
Hi Guys, great video!! We've had the Screenhouse range for quite some time now, also F/G stands for FibreGlass and highlights the difference in name between pole and air!
Thank you for posting another great video, hopefully you'll do a few vlogs about pub stopovers. Surprisingly there is very content out there generally for this area so I'm sure you'll get loads of views!!!!
Great tour, thank you. Agreed, Ridge Monkey makes lovely toast. I've also bought a special toast maker that looks like a filled in diffuser with a handle which goes directly on the gas hob, it's brilliant, cost about £6.99 from the usual online emporium. Andrew Dutton recommended it in one of his early Scottish vlogs. It takes up so little space and it means we can make toast even if the Ridge Monkey is in use cooking our veggie breakfast 😀 Hope you had a great pub stopover, great to do when you have onboard facilities 🚽 Would be good to know your MPG in the Sven. Cheers 😀🚐❤️🍾
Sounds good, will take a look. MPG, well it isn't as good as the Cali (we knew it wouldn't be). Long motorway run at 65mph c.30mpg, pottering round b roads, town, mixed, 26-28mpg.
I am waiting a bit to see the options and builds for the new Transit because it looks absolutely fantastic. I went last week to the dealership to drool a bit on it 😂
Some good stuff at the show, well presented. I have been to look at a Globecar Summit 540 prime today, apart from the bathroom being a bit pokey I thought it was really nice. Any thoughts on these?
Really like the look of the Summit 540. Packs so much in such a small van really. Haven't had a look at the bathroom myself but just make sure the swing door arrangement in there is big enough for you both as a toilet and as a shower as they sometimes can feel a bit compromised.
Hi Will and Sarah (and Roxy) thanks for the look around the Show. I asked on your previous ‘collection’ video about the payload? Also, how do you find getting in and out of the bed (particularly Sarah) and is the rear passenger seat a comfortable place to sit? Are there any 12 volt sockets? I travel alone and so like to watch a bit of TV in an evening!😬
Sarah manages to get in and out of bed just fine because of the little step they fit in these. The rear seats are great too because you can adjust the recline on them. That's nice because if you want to relax you can tilt them back a bit or have them upright for eating etc. 12v sockets, only the ones in the cab (x2) that we have found so far. There are USB-A sockets though. Would be easy to fit what you need in terms of sockets though.
Hi Wil and Sarah hope your enjoying your van we collected ours the day before you. Did you use yours over night in the rain and did you have any leaks . On our first night the pop out bedroom area leaked water in and just wondered if you had the same problem. Graeme
Hi, great that you have collected your van. Yes we have used ours in pouring rain and had no issues with any water ingress at all. Sorry to hear you've had some issues.
No we wouldn't, but that's because it's too long and we like having a walk through design from the cab into the rear. The fit and finish is SO nice on those Brown Bird & Co vans we'd also be nervous about all the lovely painted wood being scratched by Roxy at the moment.
The Outdoor Revolution Screenhouse is tremendous, as are their pop up windbreaks, real quality products.
I love how your Mrs is so much fun, lovely duo

Definitely a ridgemonkey for toast! No crumbs! 😜👍
We use a ridgemonkey for our toast (and nearly everything else) too!
Great video, you showed so much, and didn't stop in the vans too long.
Well edited too and good quality picture.
The first 10 seconds of the clip I was terrified that you never looked at the road once! Then I realized you’re in a right hand drive. Whew!
🤣

Thanks!
Great video guys, always forget about the Yorkshire show, and it didn’t rain!
Great video, you showed loads of vans and didn't stay too long i each van.
Good editing and great quality picture.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Its great doing the shows from the sofa.
Our toaster is a fold flat, with a fine still mesh. One slice at a time but fast and ultra compact.
I use a non-stick frypan after I've Done my bacon to soak up the grease 😊
Speeds stuff looks so cool
Speeds can look ace but tend to be lower spec base vehicle and lower weight. All the one I looked at were 290 or 300

Haha! We nearly got it right 😆
That's me at the back of the Buzz 😂Vantastic! 😂

OMNIA
The 5th wheeler looked good except the mismatched timber doors on cupboards etc. really spoils it
Didn't spot that!

@@CampervanTime thanks for the info. I’ll look forward to seeing how you set it all up.😁

Presumably these ones that use solid wood have lower payloads due to the weight? They do look gorgeous though
Yes I'd think so
Would you have that Brown Bird & Co can over the Sven? Why?
No we wouldn't, but that's because it's too long and we like having a walk through design from the cab into the rear. The fit and finish is SO nice on those Brown Bird & Co vans we'd also be nervous about all the lovely painted wood being scratched by Roxy at the moment.
Toast??!!
you have a great MAN
what battery and hating have you
The Sven has a 92ah AGM and a 70ah AGM. It has a wet radiator based heating system built by Westfalia themselves. It's diesel via an eberspatcher.
Those Transits are 🤮
