It’s unbelievable you’re talking as if you’re reading from scripted text! No hesitation, no pause. With a very fluent, clear English as well. I admire you, Richard. 👍

Uh huh, I watch most vid's on 1.25 speed. With him, it's hard to process everything at that speed, but it keeps me focused.🤔

    Great video!
Be aware that opponents slower (!)serves turn sideways MORE into your body. Footwork: take 2/3 BIG sideway steps to create space to hit your ball freely,

Can practice all you want but ultimately, genetics come into it. You can't just train every day and get to world number 1, you will hit a limit.

Must have been through some experiences to have such a mindset

Genetics are a factor in everything. All we can do is work in maximizing our own abilities. Not everyone can be the number 1 in the world, but we can all work towards becoming a better version of ourselves.

Tennis allows for far more varied body types and genetics to reach the elite level than many other sports though. Schwartzman is 1,70m, Karlovic is 2,11m. Nadal has massive arms, Sinner and Medvedev are really skinny.
Also, the reverse version of your argument is WAY more accurate. You can have all the genetics and talent in the world, but if you don't train every day, you will hit a limit.

I'm a bit confused by your comment. I explain in detail how to approach fixing a very common problem that players deal with. I give other free videos on youtube to help you with improving your vision and also give you a free footwork program to help with setting up in the right position. Other coaches charge $200 for footwork programs, but I give it away for free because I want to help players improve.
At the end I let players know about a free weblcass that teaches more about using brain based training to improve tennis performance. And I mention I've got a paid program. If you aren't interested in the paid program, that's no problem at all.
