I disagree, I think its already "too much". If it costs $50K with an anemic engine, I can only picture the price increasing $15K with a stronger engine and powertrain. Instead of owning your vehicle, your vehicle ends up owning you as you are forced to work late nights sucking farts out of the bosses ass for that annual bonus to make enough to pay the debt you've put yourself into. That's not fun, that's slavery. I'd much rather have seen them produce a simple no-frills Jeep that can be had brand new for $25K and as time is money, use the rest of that surplus time to go out hunting, camping, hanging out on the beach, and living life instead of working 60hrs+ for your bloated overpriced jeep.
Spot on review,I have the 2021 Overland in jazzyberry. Not a fan of stop start though, so I always turn that off. No issues with it yet, but I may disable it before it disables me :).
The only way I would own a truck is if it's a real rugged truck that's the only kind of good truck there is no complaints for me #Thanks for the review!! 👍👍👍👌🙌
It's not the best looking, the most powerful, or the most practical but it's got gobs and gobs and personality. I want one just not at that price! I live in Utah and 7 national parks as well as Moab are within a 3 hour drive for me.
Looks like you're constantly driving with steering wheel turned a little to the left. Is that the case? You mentioned in the night video there is a bit of a dead spot. Does that cause it?
i don't think chrysler is the problem. My jeeps with regular scheduled maintenance have been in the high 200k area. it's more Fiat to blame with their shitty plastic parts and anything they put on the drivetrain is made of glass.
If you want to stick with your bias based on their reliability from the 90’s and early 00’s then more power to you. Their vehicles have come along ways since those days. The 3.6 pentastar engine is proven reliable and the 8 speed automatic transmission is one on the most reliable and smoothest transmissions on the market. The rest of the car is no less reliable than any other manufacturer. Probably not Toyota level reliable but definitely better than a Mercedes or BMW when it’s aged about 7 years. Apparently you haven’t owned a Chrysler made vehicle in a long time. I bet you are basing your opinion on a PT Cruiser or Plymouth Breeze or some other junk car of that era.
Given the poor quality and reliability of Jeeps past 10 years of history, I would not even pay half that price. They are getting better though! Great review! But for the price, you can get 2x the vehicle elsewhere. Even a colorado ZR2 would be a better choice tbh.
Nothing else is on the same level offroad, including the Colorado. And Wranglers have been rock solid since 2012 when the 3.8 engine was replaced with the 3.6.
And probably have less issues. 2 Co-workers of mine just got Gladiators, one of them had a electrical issue with the infotainment, the other had a problem with the tail lights not working.

Driving view is awesome... High position and the corners are well laid out
Jeeps have great resale value, and so do Toyota Tacoma's.
That’s a damn good sounding V6.
hell yeah, only second to a tacoma
This V6 is a really good engine, powerful at almost 300hp and very reliable.
@@ScottieFindsFish Tacoma’s don’t sound good.
@@EDHBlvd 3rd and 4th gen v6 sound gnarly. not being loud doesnt mean it doesnt sound good, get some taste kid
@@ScottieFindsFish they sound like vacuum cleaners. Get the wax out of your ears, kid.
With the hellcat engine, this thing would be mint!
@Destroya that name sounds like something straight out of transformers haha
Destroya it’s for sale on eBay. Just $200,000.

@@BoopSnoot diesel comes out next year with 400+ lb-ft.
Stradman and his Gladiator LOL
2:32 that’s not “scratchy plastic”, that’s likely Fiberglass.
It’s polypropylene foam.
Super review! I can't wait to get my 2021 Overland in about another week!
Congrats on your wedding. Great review on the car.
When a Jeep drives like a regular truck, it’s unbelievable lol
Nailed it 😂
The wind and road noise is crazy
I love my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon
You are a great presenter.

Congrats! Enjoy your time off!
It's a little bit base heavy.....Sold!
No sure I would call them refined, but they do have a lot of cool appeal

Your video aregreat, best car review channel, dont know how you dont have more subs
Review the 2021 Mojave if you're able :) I've heard great things about the suspension.
that engine sounds exactly like every other fca pentastar product... my dirt cheap v6 og 200 had that same sound hahahaha
6:36 check the side view mirror it warns you when a car enters the blindspot..
Cool that's schoolcraft road and schoolcraft university.😁
My dream car 😢
i love you and your chanel perfect nice job see you in the future
Everything you mentioned, does it apply for the sport gladiator? (Base)
I'm waiting for the diesel gladiator for mid 2020
Tidwell Are they making an electric one in 2021-2022?
Transmission seems to hunt quite a bit at highway speeds
Good thing it comes in manual lol
when you got off 169 going 60mph my booty cheeks clenched together lol

You are from Chrysler, aren't you?
tfw im watching a pov of a truck i already own...lol
Longer bed and shorter cabin, like a pickup?
Do you plan on doing a POV drive for the 2020 Ford Escape?
starts at 40k for a wrangler with a bed, hell no.
and on top of that you can count on its pathetic Chrysler reliability.

Do you think you could do the new chevrolet 1500, Audi A6/A7, or BMW 8 Series?
nice!
When can you do ford explorer
Fancy lending me it so I can get to school bro 👽?

Needs a V8 and a manual. Would be perfection then.
That’s never happening
They dont even want to pair a manual with the diesel and that sucks because they totally have one that can take it in the G56.
It drove very bumpy and noisy to me. I really did not like it. Great review on it though!
That’s a Jeep for you!
Drive the new Wrangler. Absolutely did not like it!
❤️❤️Jeep
This is my dream car
Like if it is too
55 grand and you don't even get leather. I'll take a Colorado ZR2 over this any day.
And probably have less issues. 2 Co-workers of mine just got Gladiators, one of them had a electrical issue with the infotainment, the other had a problem with the tail lights not working.
You get two Dana 44s that can take 37s stock and a truck that keeps its warranty when you mod it.
Not only expensive, not fully loaded because it has no leather and it’s ugly as shit.

I don’t consider this a truck.
