I think both of them, favorite and most challenging, changes almost every night. 😁 Fully depends on mood. But to mention one, for some reason "Born again" is usually one of my favorites.

Of course! Any tama shop should be able to order single drums. My rack toms are custom sized. They don't (or at least didn't had back then) have 10x8 and 12x9 straight in a catalog.
