Nice overview. But as a wine educator you really need to spend some time watching some videos of Spanish wine in Castellano to get the pronunciations for the place names! Among others, not sure why you Brits pronounce Rrrrri OH Ha as Rioka. Imagine me pronouncing the river in London as the THhames....
