    Step 1: Roast and skin the nuts
    Ingredients
    * ½ lb hazelnuts
    1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add hazelnuts to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat
    2) Roast for 15 minutes, then add all hazelnuts onto a kitchen towel and use a second kitchen towel to rub over the top to remove all the skins.
    Equipment
    * Baking sheet
    * 2 Mythical Kitchen towels
    Step 2: Blend the nutella
    Ingredients
    * 1 ¼ cup powdered sugar
    * ⅓ cup dutch process cocoa
    * 1 tablespoon peanut oil
    * 3 tablespoons coconut oil
    * 2 tsp vanilla
    * ½ tsp salt
    * 6 ounces melted milk chocolate
    1) Take the naked hazelnuts and put them back into the oven to warm up.
    2) Add hazelnuts to a vitamix and process on high for a couple minutes until fully liquified.
    3) Add in powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla, and continue to blend.
    4) Slowly stream in peanut oil and then add melted chocolate and salt.
