I actually did the math and calculated it for you guys; if my calculation is right, you can reach level 40 in the event and grab everything. Every house you light up will give you 5 lvl to your reputation, and we have 6 nomad houses that's equal to 30 lvl considering you can heat up houses every 2 days by clearing junkyards and collecting lights every day in abandoned factories. You can achieve it in 12 days, and this event runs for 15 days. You still have 3 days to gather enough light material to donate to the guy beside the nomad elder.
If everyone is wondering what level I am now in Nomad's reputation, as of now I am level 22, I ducked up my first day in the event by donating my copper pipes to the guy beside the Nomad elder.
