Havoc Rover is Strong af from what I saw, I don't play Him/Her but try Leveling the Fortes and the Level, and Maybe Try Dinjin too.
I have a S1R1 lvl.90 jiyan with 66/295 and he's hitting like a truck-kun😂
I reached lvl 90 chars and thus max starred finally 🗿
Lvl 90 makes everything way Easier
