Certiorari also provides power to higher courts to squash the order of the lower court. Whereas prohibition, prohibits lower courts from jurisdiction even before an order had been released.

As sir has given example that suppose an area is very dirty and full of garbage. So in my point of view ,, that directly hurt the right of the person living there and brings infections and diseases , then the court can order a person or a party to perform a task in public duty so that's how mandamus (writ )is connected to the right to constitutional remedies .
