I have nothing but repsect for all 3 expendables movie.. The think is that these guys are close to retirement, They have been "champions" of action movies since i was a kid. So you dont see the movie because of the story, or the logic / realism, you watch it because ALL these champions are working together in their own style.. Doing what they are famous for.. Like when Chuck norris first met the expendables, in the second movie, there was immidiatly a few chuck norris Facts. Escape plan, is just another great example of how these 2 great action champions can work together even though they are "competitors", its not hate, its a fight to be the best. And in this movie you really see that they can work together aswell.. :)
This is iconic to see these 2 action stars sitting right beside each other,a true gift to the world of action movie lovers. Love the respect they give each other in this fabulous interview, particularly Slyvester stallone as he gave credit to Arnold for creating the memorable action one liners and the action comedies! Very funny and alot of respect given to Arnold by Slyvester with Slyvester admitting his character wasn't exactly a barrel of laughs as supposed to the action characters that Arnold has protrayed that always has great senses of humor.
I love it how respectful and warm they are to each other. Sly is constatly saying "we" "we", acknowleding or praising Arnold. Im always surrounded by as5holes who might say something nice or are positive in the workspace but really theres nothing behind it and would bury me in a moment if it meant something good for them.
