Anya's hilarious facial expressions always make me laugh and smile every time
4:23 for the note, yes, she did read the thoughts of an animal, more specifically, when she had the day of the School interview, and the animals were causing havoc, Yor kicked a cow to stop the stampede, and Anya, sensing the cow's distress, went to her and calmed her with pats, then, the cow listened to Anya and she returned by her own volition to her place.
She also read the penguin's mind during the aquarium episode. But it was shown to be more difficult for her to read animals, probably because their thoughts are not as structured as a persons.

50:10 you actually saw loids past before in a flashback, him as a child standing alone in the destroyed streets by war. He was a child when he lost everything through the war and was then recruited as a spy. No Family, nothing to lose. Perfect.
And more he had everything he could ever need to lose, a family
Sometimes the best thing in a story is everyone acting like real people and not plot progression devices. Lots of stories never stop to show character growth and just say it happened, but SPYXFAMILY is not those ones, we get to see the inner thoughts of so many and how they keep evolving. Really mundane but sorely appreciated for its consistency.
Spy family is the best mix of all worlds I believe. The found family who all try to improve their relationships, genuine time taken just to relax and soak up wholesome or cute content in the family, top tier animation both in high pace action scenes, background details, and simple movements, a darker side shown at times creating empathy for a characters' past and also creating love for them overcoming such hardships, such genuine emotions between characters especially in the final episode in such a real conversation, and finally just the expressions are on another level being able to both make my die laughing but also tear up. All in all 10/10 show I would recommend anyone to pick up and watch, and I love it with all my heart! (also you're amazing dude, even just your small snipits of your own life are wholesome speaking so kindly of your good bois and family)
A season 2 and a Spy Family movie is great. You know whats also great? An ANIME WINS about Spy Family season 2 and movie that we're 100 percent getting. HUZZAH!!!!!!!!!

Win 241: Anya did read the mind of the leader of the stampeding cows to some extend, though back then it seemed like she could only tell it's emotions, rather than it's thoughts like she can with Humans.
I wonder if that was just the wrong impression I got back then, Anya growing more powerful over time or the dog's increased intellect that allows Anya to read him better than the cow. Or if she's just putting more effort into it.
didn't anya read the minds of the penguins as well in order to find the penguin with the chip
@@066kshitizvsingh4 Right, I forgot about that. Though it was in a similar way to the cow, where she seemed to get the general emotional state, rather than specific sentences thoughts like she does with Humans.

that line about her daughter, just the subtle use of had instead of have, her character is heavy and emotional
I love this series, because they stick to their guns about the balance between slice of life, comedy, and drama. It is a balance that is hard to strike, and few ever pull it off as well as they do.
I very much enjoyed this Anime and if i said i was scared when i saw Loid interact with the Elusive Desmond that'd be an understatement i swear once he appeared on screen i had constant goose bumps. They just perfectly nailed how serious and how evil Desmond is and i love it!
34:58 I love how as they zoom out and we can see someone's shadow disappearing from the side like he was being watched, but they didn't call major attention to it
Man, Spy X Family is such a great anime. A perfect blend of wholesomeness and comedy with some nice animated action here and there. Love our main cast and their incredible interaction and the side characters are all great!
As a manga reader, I cant wait for the movie and especially your reactions to it

This episode made me cry when they showed that future of Loid dying from an explosion, leaving Yor and Anya behind
I was legitimately thinking: "Anya wanted a second chance at a loving family, don't take it away from her"
Good thing it was averted, smiled through my tears knowing Loid is alive and well with his family
This show just shines with effort and love from every corner
One very easy-to-miss moment in the tennis tournament episodes that I really enjoyed: in the first image of the montage of Loid and Nightfall winning matches, one of their first opponents that they easily beat is *Daybreak* from the earlier arc, and he's holding a _table tennis_ racket! That's just hilarious.
I CANNOT WAIT till the next season arrives.
This story is not to be taken lightly. Its a full course meal that you need the snack to recover from.
I feel I should mention that the chapters dedicated to one event in Loids past were some of my fav lore chapters and I am hyped for whenever they do finally get animated... trust me they might confuse people causing them to double take to check whats being watched.
Those chapters and a Yor mission arc are probably my top 2 most anticipated things to see animated. Bond getting his episode I also await as that was one of the funniest moments to me.
nearly an hour of constant smiling for me, videos like this are the best, they could even make the worst day become full of laughter :D
No way, you skipped over my favorite part where Anya covers for Loid when he has to go on his mission at the dog fair. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
The sound of the couple hitting the floor eating yors cooking reminded me of the GTA wasted noise
I feel like you missed a Win for an interesting detail regarding Loid, and that's how he's unaware of his feelings to the point that he rationalizes things he wants to make it seem like they're part of the mission, such as the way he suggested that he and Yor get married for real.
An awesome thing of both the opening and the ending is that when each member of the family is alone, they are showed in darkness, but when they are together, they are bathed in light.
I know I said this before but thank you so much for making these, I love watching them.
Anya's expression in the vent could give Yamai Ren from Komi Can't Communicate a run for her money. Both hilarious and concerning.
I LOVED the little animation details to the hair moving from the wind on Anya, Becca, Damien, the Grusum kid and not Damien's friends/goons since it looks like they had hair gel on them, to the bullet bouncing off the tennis guy and bouncing/landing onto the ground.

Correct me if i'm wrong but i was under the impression that Desmond wasn't deemed as evil. They know he is influential and that if anyone is planing a war he would be involved but they don't have any proof. That is why the mission is infiltration and not assassination.

I ADORE how much Yor looks like a demon out of your worst nightmare for the first short shot when she finds Anya
The stark monochromatic dichotomy of her bright white eyes with the rest of her body gave me chills
I love the anime, I wish they had gotten an English voice to sound younger than they did. With that said, there are times when the anime gets moments better than the manga and other times when it's the other way around. I didn't like how they had loid brush off the realization that anya and yor were caught up in the terrorist mess. In the manga loid freaked out, showing how he cares for them.

But basically, I'm saying you could make shorts covering a single scene you felt needed to be known, or supplied a tad more detail. In this case, I'm referencing the Bleach anime and the final time the first big villain, Sosuke Aizen, uses his signature attack against the protagonist Ichigo Kurosaki. This scene, I feel, encapsulates many details of Bleach as a whole, and I simply felt there was ample opportunity to show other just why Bleach is such a great anime.

The one where he is begining to realize ichigo ia kicking his ass. Yeah. It was not a very awsome moment. Better when izen was begining to loose and becoming imcased in the seal. That moment was full of great action
@@trowawayaccBut in the Final Kurohitsugi moment though, you feel the utter POWER of Aizen, and how absolutely monstrous he is, and the sheer GODLIKE strength of Ichigo in that moment.
I always felt like the part where Aizen got sealed was a bit of a cop-out by the people writing the story, but hey, still he was such a great villain and an absolute godlike threat.
Anaya not being able to use her power on the new moon reminds me of of Inuyasha losing his powers once a month. Ah happy memories

I love this anime. Anya is adorable and Bond is cute. Also I love the dynamic between Yor and Loid. Also Becky stop teaching Anya weird things. On another note, I would love it if you did a reaction to Ancient Magus Bride, especially since the second season is coming out. The surprising dark side of the show that peope discover when they watch it is always fansinating to me.

Its a great anime that never got the attention it deserves.
It has eleven episodes and is sorta dark but id still be very appreciative if youd ever do a video about it.

The thing that makes this anime for me is the detail. Seriously. Like, everything else is great, and I love it, but like... A LOT of the cars on the roads? Are Trabants, which WOULD be the cars you'd see in East Germany. The car Yor kicks looks like it MIGHT be a VW Rabbit, although the year is weird and the proportions seem off, but it could also very easily have ended up in east Germany somehow.
Also the "Blah blah yadda yadda" thing is... funny for a number of reasons. For one, Anya's speech is... not great. Which means she flubs words a lot. So it could just be that. And for two, if you ever become a parent, you'll learn that sometimes, your kid will just say random crap at you, and you'll learn that sometimes, you just kinda respond as though they said something that made sense. My ex's kid used to go on long lecture-like nonsense blblblbahblrublelbllblblbl type things as a 2 year old, and every time, I'd be like "Oh yeah?", and the kid would react like they'd understood me and I understood them, and just keep going and going and going with it. Pretty sure most of that kid's conversation skills and dry sarcasm came from me being the type of parent who talked to them not as a baby, but as a tiny adult.
Imagine if Loid took Yor to the tennis match.

Ngl after the stew episode I got some leftover stew that my Mom made (that’s actually pretty similar to the one in the anime) and I ate some it was a nice experience to say the least
You should have given a win for Camilla an Anya's "dead Yamcha Pose" after tasting Yor's cooking!
The tennis episode unfortunately cut one of my favorite jokes in the manga. The third opponent Twilight and Nightfall go up against in the tennis tournament is Daybreak, who had entered alone, and was using a table tennis paddle, and somehow he had managed to win two rounds anyway.
That scene is still there, but it's very blink-and-you-miss-it; Daybreak holding a table tennis paddle appears in the first scene of the "Twilight and Nightfall winning tennis matches" montage, and the table tennis paddle is in the top-right corner of the image, making it very hard to see unless you're looking for it.
So, yeah; the joke wasn't cut, but it was adapted badly.
I'm surprised the vocal track in Episode 19 when Yor was parkoring didn't get a win.
