    Hi bosh has a rounding setup so you can set it to read in feet and inches with the fraction being 1/8 instead of 1/16 do they have that i really like that

      Not that I have noticed. It doesn’t mention it in the book either, so unfortunately it doesn’t..

    Can you tell me if it shows the measurement in real time or only when you press the button? excellent video

    • @MORGANSMaintenance
      @MORGANSMaintenance  Месяц назад

      I know it does when I press the button, but I believe it has a continuous mode setting also which will give you real time. I will have to double check tomorrow, I'm not 100% sure

      @@EstradaDavid07 it does have a setting for continuous measurement.
      It’s not like my Bosch, it’s a hair slower. It’s like you are pressing the button over and over without having to press the button if that makes sense. It wouldn’t be an issue for me.

      @@MORGANSMaintenance I really like the inkerma measurer. they had reached out to me as well. I really like the double laser. I am going to try it inside a building Monday that's about 200 feet long

      @@THETIMINATORTHETOOLMAN yeah I haven’t been anywhere inside thats real big since I got the Cigman or the Inkerma… and any Laser Measurer outside at that distance.. you can forget that.
      Let me know how it works out.

    does it work with fixed offset in the measurement?

    • @MORGANSMaintenance
      @MORGANSMaintenance  4 месяца назад

      You can choose if you are measuring from the front/back when measuring with one laser, or from the center if using both lasers.
      So it has the measurement of the device built into the measurement. I’m not sure if that is the offset you are talking about.

    • @larryseibold4287
      @larryseibold4287 4 месяца назад +1

      thank you for the reply. no that is not the offset mode (although they are clearly using one internally to do that), it needs to be settable (like 30.54")@@MORGANSMaintenance

      @@larryseibold4287 I don’t believe it has anywhere for you to manually set one. If it does I didn’t notice it in the settings. I will check it and see when I get it out tomorrow.

    • @MORGANSMaintenance
      @MORGANSMaintenance  4 месяца назад +1

      Checked it today, no way to manually set an offset

    Another fairly decent entry level tool.

      @MORGANSMaintenance  11 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah I’m not sure one is “better” than the other of the two I received. Too early to tell for me, they have many similarities and minor differences.
      I am interested to see if any of the Big Name companies come out with Dual Laser soon.

      @@MORGANSMaintenance I was thinking the same thing. It seems like a natural advance, but who knows what are the plans of big corporations.

      Great review! I own a Dewalt digital distant measure and it comes in pretty handy. I like the features on the Inkerma. Nice work.

      @@JasenRitt I have only owned Bosch ones (as far as buying them). I have found them to be extremely accurate. The Dual Laser is a really nice improvement, I’m interested to see when others pick it up.
