Honestly this is a good strategy ur using to educate us. The full guides are there to fully educate us who need more clarification and explanation while the 15 minute videos serve as a constant reminder of what you have been teaching us. Some people will call you repetitive for this, but what is bad about that? Many of us repeat our bad habits and instant gratification activities, so it must be a necessity that the lessons you teach must also be repeated as well. I like the long form videos, but these are great. I understand the point of the long form videos is to be more attentive and engaging. But the straight to the point videos have so much value. Usually I don’t have time to watch a 3 hour long vid, but I watch them in parts. This is still very engaging not a lot of editing and cutouts just straight to the points.
as a woman, i can confirm. personally i will say the status thing doesn’t bother me so much w followers, i don’t mind a guy who’s more private but i will defo pay attention to how he behaves/is received by other people in society and that will give me an idea..like if he “knows” ppl, and what type of ppl these are that he knows

To those who arent on the right path, these could be the perfect gateway. To those saying the guides are better - they're already out there. Go watch them and implement what's in them, you don't need continual guides from Hamza, but YOU need to implement them. Do the hard work, especially when you don't feel like it.

Nothing related to the vid: Today I saw my grandparents and we went on a walk with my family and them. I felt genuinly happy like I did when I was a child. This made me wonder if I am on the right path with the selfimprovement stuff. I really didnt know what to do now. Luckily I thought of journaling. I went to journal for my first time ever. I wrote 1100 words and now its a lot more clear what I want to do with my life. I advice everyone to journal if they dont know what to do anymore. Hope this helps some people.

Guys, I'm a woman and I can tell you for certain: if you're looking to attract a high-quality woman, then his advice on Quality 2 (Social Proof) is a big NO, especially the way he talks about it in this video. Now if you're just looking for fun with any chick, then sure be my guest. No judgement. But if you want something serious with a real woman who values herself, then focus on being a real man with your mindset, attitude and actions (Hamza does have some pretty good advice and insights about this). Looking attractive, fit and healthy doesn't hurt either 😉 All this will reflect true masculinity in you, and this is when she will subconsciously AND consciously feel attracted to you :) Quick example: No one does Social Proof better than Tate, right? And yet I can assure you: no quality woman who is secure with herself would ever consider or even fantasize about being with someone like him, no matter how hot or rich or charismatic he is. And we all know that the women on his arms, while definitely beautiful, are not really high-quality, and we know what they're after. (He does as well). I’m not sure I agree with the third point. I understand that, yes, having a large social following on social media will inevitably be attractive to women of a certain type, the gold digger type. Not always, but I would want my women to look deeper into my personality and my inner self rather than my followers on instagram. I think a high value women would place much less importance on a social media following than on asking herself the questions “is this man going to be a good and strong, dedicated father for my kids? Is he capable of providing for us through thick and thin?”

Adonissss, Adonis is the kind of guy to use the idea of helping other people as a reason for his discipline, Jeffrey on the other hand does things for only himself and his benefit and consequently he drifts away from the improvement path and jumps on to the complacent one. I found chewing gum makes me a lot more confident, it may sound weird, but when I do, not only I’m sure my breath is fresh, but my body language is a lot more calmer and masculine and that translates go a calmer mind aswell

Guys, I'm a woman and I can tell you for certain: if you're looking to attract a high-quality woman, then his advice on Quality 2 (Social Proof) is a big NO, especially the way he talks about it in this video.
Now if you're just looking for fun with any chick, then sure be my guest. No judgement.
But if you want something serious with a real woman who values herself, then focus on being a real man with your mindset, attitude and actions (Hamza does have some pretty good advice and insights about this). Looking attractive, fit and healthy doesn't hurt either 😉
All this will reflect true masculinity in you, and this is when she will subconsciously AND consciously feel attracted to you :)
Quick example: No one does Social Proof better than Tate, right? And yet I can assure you: no quality woman who is secure with herself would ever consider or even fantasize about being with someone like him, no matter how hot or rich or charismatic he is. And we all know that the women on his arms, while definitely beautiful, are not really high-quality, and we know what they're after. (He does as well).
So please, don't focus on posting pictures of yourself being surrounded by hot women lol. Instant turn-off for any woman who respects herself. And she will definitely perceive it as a red flag.

I’m not sure I agree with the third point. I understand that, yes, having a large social following on social media will inevitably be attractive to women of a certain type, the gold digger type. Not always, but I would want my women to look deeper into my personality and my inner self rather than my followers on instagram. I think a high value women would place much less importance on a social media following than on asking herself the questions “is this man going to be a good and strong, dedicated father for my kids? Is he capable of providing for us through thick and thin?”
