    thanks for posting this video; the funeral sound at the death of the sovereign is one of the most solemn things I have ever heard played!

      @@Yorkshirelad58 nice bells all 12 bells are cast by whitechapel who dont make bells any more tenor weighs 34-3-4cwts

    The sound is interesting, wonder if they used two different types of muffles?

      We used out "Big Wilf" mufflesfor one half and muffled the backstrokes with carpet underlay and tape. In this clip, the first time we had rung the bells thus the backstrokes are slightly quieter. A week later they were becoming somewhat louder than the handstrokes as the materil wore through. None came off, thankfully!
