Phantom looks so dope, I do have a main but I wanna invest in my phantom as 2nd main, not sure if im high legion / funded enough and advanced in all systems to feel good with it

Phantom definitely takes more funding than other classes to feel good with. But if you can ignore comparing with other classes and willing to play it a lot, then it'll be way worth the effort. It's a really fun class to play. Also, depends how far you are willing to go for it.
