my old neighbors kept denying and the state kept going up, eventually they left with over 10,000$ for squatting for 10 years. so since they never checked the house my neighbors had electricity and all not paying a dime and came up on 10,000+

The law is the way it is to protect both tenant and landlord. The thing that needs to change is backlog of cases before the court. This type of thing will make it seem as though the laws need to be skewed in favour of the landlord. They just need to fund the process better.
yeah also i have a hard time feeling bad for landlords who for decades leave homes empty just to make more money while people struggle to find a home. Not saying any of these people in the video are like that idk but the majority of landlords who are basically big companies do exactly that. It is an artificial housing problem. In reality there are enough homes
So why not invite oh your friends? That are falling on bad times to live in your apartment or house for a few dollars then you have five new tenants to watch each other’s backs in blue the squatter out because they won’t try something if the house is full of people that’s dumb and then you get some kind of money and eventually your place back and your friends get a cheap living situation 43:28

how are those two related dawg. One is a law about protecting homeless people who move into "abandoned" homes, the other is a law that states the federal government can buy your property for the betterment of the public.
