My top 10 VEGANUARY tips! 🥕

Hello friends. I'm doing Veganuary this year as I have done for the past 4 years. I eat a predominantly plant-based diet in between too so thought I would share some tips I've picked up. Being able to choose your diet is a HUGE privilege and is not something everyone can or should do. However, if you do have the ability and means to make choices...some of them can be so massively beneficial for our planet, which is something that means a lot to me 🌎 These are my tips for how to make transitioning to a plant based diet (however big or small the changes) simple, tasty and above all - enjoyable. As a doctor do you have anything caution towards soy milk? I’ve just heard lots of stuff about oestrogen and what not. I have an intolerance to nuts so can’t do almond milk
