既然佢話香港鋪出品,豆品來自大陸是冇問題,那就唔應該利用自家品牌賣咁貴

我在油麻地長大, 小時候 當然食過 廖孖記的腐乳。 我相信40多年前他真的是自家製造, 但是今天的後代 只懂炒股炒樓, 什麼工序 都外判, 怎能夠 控制品質?
如果廖孖記是想證明自己的產品冇事, 可以 找獨立 化驗所 和公證行 來做證明。
有啲人乘機利用事件鬧有關部門, 唔知佢地而家有咩講
可能佢哋私底下有做檢測唔掂,再想到退款回收賠錢就索性摺咗佢收租好過啦。腐乳好多年都無食,呢類食品少吃為妙

其實睇訪問, 第四代的而且確話自己係所有腐乳都係自己order啲加拿大大豆返嚟自己做 。 其實第四代又吹長笛,第五代又拉大提琴又吹喇叭,大家都無心再繼續做腐乳啦。 所以算數啦。
而且佢哋呢啲工作坊工場好難可以用依家GMP工廠嘅standard去比較。
第一次發酵是外判,第二次發酵就在廖孖記香港工場廚房。😊

我覺得食物安全嘅標準應該執得好嚴格。有菌一定要改善。如果因咁樣唔做都無辦法。如果有人想做,政府都可以向他們買配方。
