He's right, I've never heard of the Ford Shelby GR-1 concept, but now, it's my favorite car of all time. If I didn't see this video, I would have probably never heard or seen this beauty.
I play asphalt 8 airborne since I was 2 years old I knew about the lambo asterion lol I played asphalt 8 for years I owned nearly all cars but for banned😭now I only own 57 cars only.
I loved the Lamborghini Asterion, typical Lamborghini flare and different enough to stand out from the existing lineup. Such a shame they didn't continue with it as I'm not sure the Urus is a suitable replacement. Still, something for us to look into. Thanks for putting this together
1:35 That Ford Shelby GR-1. What a great looking car. Would have lifted Ford into a higher realm of the auto world. Wonder why they pussied out and didn't make it?
I was obsessed with the Infiniti Essence when it debuted; I still think it’s one of the most gorgeous designs of all time. The Shelby however - what a masterpiece, I think it’s my favorite machine of all time.
Awesome concept cars film. The Volkswagen GTI Vision GT appeared in both Gran Turismo Sport and Gran Turismo 6 and the Cadilliac Ciel from the HBO Series Entourage. Awesome Lamborghini Asterion, Maserati Alfieri, Lancia Stratos HF Zero, and VW GTI VGT, Kia Stinger GT4, and Infiniti Essence because of the fast car design to utilising the wind downforce fast as gale.
The Cadillac has a V16; not a V6. The KIA Stinger just went into production. The Ford GT was built as a tribute to Caroll Shelby and was untimatly given its blessing by Caroll who drove the car.
Tony deMontigny + Thank you for your feedback, but its not truth about cadillac :) you can check all info oabout this car. www.ultimatecarpage.com/spec/4906/Cadillac-Ciel-Concept.html Thank you and i wish you nice day and much health
Cadillac so fake and copy cat. Cadillac copy the bugatti V16 and ain't mean absolutely nothing. Shame on Cadillac. i Rather buy the V6 instead of that cheap v16 garbage.
Do you want to know the real reason why cars like this don't make it into production? There is a tacit agreement amongst auto makers to NOT manufacture cars that look really, really good. Why? Because if auto makers started to produce good looking cars, then that would raise the bar for designers and manufacturers, and then they'd be expect to produce nothing but good looking cars. That's hard to do, so the agreement prohibits overly attractive cars so that auto makers can continue building the luke warm boring cars they now produce with very few exceptions, and guess what,,,, most of the really good looking cars these days are EXPENSIVE, so yeah, the rich guy gets the Maserati and I get the Toyota Forgettaba or the Nissan Plastica. You have to realize, all cars are made of moldable material which means that every car on earth can be made to look fantastic.
Patrick Chubey you could not be further from the truth. there are rules and standards to which a car has to be built in order to be street legal, also various of these differ from country to country, so if a brand wants to sell internationally, they will have to broaden their spectrum of measurements and features their car needs to adapt to, and especially safety is a concern there, if you mass-produce something, trust me, you do not want rumors to appear that your product has an especially high death rate in accidents, better give in to the requirements, add that more solid bumber and make the end of the body a little more boring, add crumple zones to protect the driver and others and don‘t go for the awesome segmented style and wing doors, instead stick to something more classical and avoid a huge scandal. BUT you aren‘t entirely wrong, car companies are indeed careful when it comes to radically new designs, shaping and assembling a body and dropping it on a working vehicle just to see how it would look and calling it "concept car" is one thing, but actually developing a car, doing all the testing, going through the legal affairs to get it registered, setting up production and everything, that COSTS, a LOT, and can very much doom a company if they make a mistake and the design was ahead of its time and too crazy. you always have to consider, who will buy this product? the car companies do, they make calculations and do all the numbers and maths on what it will cost, and what profit it will bring, and for something that looks like it comes straight out a sci-fi movie, the numbers don‘t look very good. some people may find it absolutely striking and wave their cash, but those don‘t suffice, in order to return development and production cost, something has to be sold to the broad public, and therefore present a comfortable familiarity to them, or it is very likely to be rejected and fail.
I saw this thumbnail and was just thinking.. Wait! I have this ford as a toy car at home xD and I think it’s a great car and it’s really beautiful in my opinion
May I suggest use the word "BUILD" year rather then "production year" for non production i.e. factory built cars as opposed to a concept or prototype? I have in fact seen every one of these cars.
Will they make it..they better.. :) Usually companies draw inspiration from concepts for a generation(including a facelift halfway through it) and obviously not just for one model but for a series of models..
Ever notice no-one covers the Chrysler CCV (Composite Concept Vehicle) ? Not even in a 'you've never seen' video. 800cc 24hp V-twin, under 1,200lbs (544kg), 4 piece body, only takes 6½ hours to make (less than half the time it takes to build a Dodge Neon)
Earlier this year it was rumored that the Ford Shelby GR-1 will be put into production to honor Carol Shelby. The rumored engine will be the 2020 GT500's 5.2L V8. Fingers crossed.
He's right, I've never heard of the Ford Shelby GR-1 concept, but now, it's my favorite car of all time. If I didn't see this video, I would have probably never heard or seen this beauty.
That golf looked like it had already been in an accident, I wonder how long that poor girl had to go round and round!
That Ford Shelby was my dream car.. So sick
I'm sure I already see it in a game
Mine is a 1966 Shelby cobra
I've got the Shelby gr1 as hotwheels- car.
What’s sick
That sound a Chevy would cream it’s pants hearing that.
That Cadillac is gorgeous!
The SLS Electric was featured in Top Gear and everyone who played A8 knows the Asterion lol
And A9 since it is there too
Absolutely correct 👍
I play asphalt 8 airborne since I was 2 years old I knew about the lambo asterion lol I played asphalt 8 for years I owned nearly all cars but for banned😭now I only own 57 cars only.
And I also play minecraft,roblox,angry birds 2,asphalt 9 and croc,s world minecraft
@@ayyanumer523 oof that's unfortunate man
Playing a lot of car video games over the years and being a car fella means I’ve seen this lot before. Great collection anyway thanks for sharing.
The 1st car, a Cadillac was used in the film " Entourage "
3:04 The Pink Panther wants his car back
The vw roadster is the happiest car I have ever seen.
Clearly you have not seen a miata
I remember seeing the ford gr-1 concept omg, ford should of made it. even if it was a limited number of 10.
This Cadillac design would be game changer in all uper drop top class...
It would have gone after the Rolls Royce and Bently market. But GM would rather spend millions then mothballs all their good ideas.
I really love the Lamborghini Asterion concept. wish they would produce it.
it's so lambo but still humble
I loved the Lamborghini Asterion, typical Lamborghini flare and different enough to stand out from the existing lineup. Such a shame they didn't continue with it as I'm not sure the Urus is a suitable replacement. Still, something for us to look into. Thanks for putting this together
That SLS Electric stood for years at a dealer in Hamburg, Germany. You could just walk there and take a look. Quite interesting.
As of January 2019, it seems that the GR-1 will eventually become a real production car. I really hope so.
The car in the thumbnail was my favorite hot wheels growing up
1:35 That Ford Shelby GR-1. What a great looking car. Would have lifted Ford into a higher realm of the auto world. Wonder why they pussied out and didn't make it?
They are spectaculars, my question is that can they used every day? Or just stalling in the garage at home
I was obsessed with the Infiniti Essence when it debuted; I still think it’s one of the most gorgeous designs of all time. The Shelby however - what a masterpiece, I think it’s my favorite machine of all time.
1:11 the asterion was in the game called Asphault 9 legends!
Crazy how in 2011 that Cadillac look like it could be on the streets now 😎.. Would definitely blend in with today's Catalog 💪🏽
Шикарные и дорогие тачки
The Cadillac has a V16; not a V6.
The KIA Stinger just went into production. The Ford GT was built as a tribute to Caroll Shelby and was untimatly given its blessing by Caroll who drove the car.
There is a Cadillac concept with a V-16 but it's a hardtop and looks a lot better than this open cockpit thing.
Tony deMontigny + Thank you for your feedback, but its not truth about cadillac :) you can check all info oabout this car. www.ultimatecarpage.com/spec/4906/Cadillac-Ciel-Concept.html
Thank you and i wish you nice day and much health
I think you're thinking of the Cien, not the Ciel.
Cadillac so fake and copy cat. Cadillac copy the bugatti V16 and ain't mean absolutely nothing. Shame on Cadillac. i Rather buy the V6 instead of that cheap v16 garbage.
FYI, Cadillac made their first V16 back in the 1930's. They didn't copy Bugatti.
I've never seen a Volkswagen that powerful & attractive
You haven't? Well then look at the Bugatti Veyron bec it's a 16 cylinder Volkswagen engine made by Volkswagen
@@BlkJohnnyBravo VW owns a majority stake in Bugatti, it doesn't own Bugatti
That Cadillac is nice, that Kia , Masaratti, that vw dope , and that Infinity👍🏼
I can't believe they still have models standing by cars at shows, seems so 70's.
or Vegas
I might have seen most of them, when I just have to say that they are best concepts I’ve have ever seen.
Btw the Infinity Essence has minor differences between the Mercedes Amg Gt
Taillights are almost same
Wheels actually made the Ford Shelby GR-1 in 1:64 scale! I have a few.
I had one too
Not to mention you can drive one in Test Drive Unlimited.
Infiniti made a jaw dropper for sure. They have to produce that car. It's insanely gorgeous.
I've seen the Shelby up close, it was f-ing gorgeous ! Ford should build that as the Corvette competitor
Блин , красивые какие..., Форд, гольф, мазер просто шикарный дизайн..
I clicked cause I saw the thumbnail. The GR-1 is an old favourite hot wheel of mine since I was 5
:59 this is by far the best looking Lamborghini I've ever seen.
Японский автопроизводитель высший класс!
The Cadillac and the electric AMG Merc were on Top Gear before the change. I thought the Caddy had a bigger engine though.

You're so right !
Cars look shitty cuz of all the safety regulation in the U.S.
Patrick Chubey

You have Big experience about cars :) but most people don't . Have a nice day !
I didn't tough the car on the thumbnail would be a real concept car
Nice cars....👍👍
A few very fine machines. Can’t wait to see where electric takes us in the design department.
This video was recommended. And yes I actually have seen these, when this video was recommended 1 year ago.
Actually I've still got my hotwheels car of the ford shelby gr-1.
May I suggest use the word "BUILD" year rather then "production year" for non production i.e. factory built cars as opposed to a concept or prototype? I have in fact seen every one of these cars.
Are this simulator or do they exit in real life,,,I live in a country where Toyota Nissan owned by everyone
Most are not in production yet (or will never be), but yes the cars in this video do exist.
I love that yellow KIA Awwwwwmazing💖💜💖💜💛💚💙💙💚💛💜💜💖💖💙💚💛💚💜💖
I remember the Shelby GR-1 from playing Test Drive Unlimited many years ago.
Me too.
Not just a pete brock daytona update ?
Wooow kereeen 👍👍👍
The Golf GTI roadster looks more like a VW Corrado VR6 which they need to bring back, best car ever IMO.
The freakin lambo concept was beautiful!!!
Wasn’t 2:43 used in the Micheal Jackson movie Moonwalker?
very very nise cars
I have never seen an attractive lancia, and the one shown here is no exception!
The Delta isn't awful-looking. Not great, kinda "eh" - but, it's a family car - 5-door hatch - with a turbo and AWD.
The Golf GTI reminds me of some of the designs that came out of my old school, Center for Creative Studies...
The Cadillac was used on Entourage. A gift from Ari Gold
The VW Golf roadster is out of this world 🔥🔥🔥
The Cadillac Ciel because the design basis for the new Escalade, sad.
You forgot the four Pontiac Banshees, with the fourth one being the nicest looking of all of them!!!
You should add the 2003 Lancia Fulvia concept
INFINITI WOW.
I've got a bicycle ! 😊
Me to :))
Actually.. I've got 4 bikes.. lol
A city bike, a downhill bike, a hard tail mtb and a crappy old road bike
NO GOD PLEASE NO
NOOOOOOO
That GR-1 makes me 💧
shit myself witnessing that thing
they are real good
La plus élégante, la Cadillac Ciel...
Lambo Asterion просто лучшая красотка !!!! Она безусловно заслуживает 5+ !!! Только красный цвет её подошёл бы больше на мой взгляд))
What do they do with the concept cars after the shows anyone know??
The 2nd one lamborgini is seen in asphalt 9 1:01
So is the third one
And the forth
Will they make it..they better.. :)

I've seen the merc on the roads in Germany. they have a red model to street test. It's mindblowingly fast
Earlier this year it was rumored that the Ford Shelby GR-1 will be put into production to honor Carol Shelby. The rumored engine will be the 2020 GT500's 5.2L V8. Fingers crossed.
ED- 209 look like a moving ramp. I'd definitely do a wheely with a dirt bike on that windshiel😂
Goooooooooooooooood👍👍👍👍👍👍
That Ford was gorgeous
The ford Shelby omggg that sound
I've seen a documentary about the Shelby being built, years ago.
The Asterion looks... like a daily driver Lambo.
The shelby gr-1 should go in production.
Q belleza de modelo ese KIA amarillo ufffff bacanisimo
#10. The Chevy that never fell apart.
You can buy the kia stinger in Australia
No no, you can buy A Kia Stinger. You can not buy THAT Kia Stinger.
Ok I thought I would know all of these and right away I thought "Wait a minute, I thought there was only a Cadillac Cien".
There are no flying cars in 2019 but i'd be happy with that Lancia.
the shelby is gorgeousss
SLS e cell, very nice
Concept car all very amazing
The Lamborghini Asterion is now Seen in the Video game "asphalt9"
And 8
