Hardy is amazing & this song & video is so moving & powerful. I really like his song & video for 'Give heaven some hell' too & then he also has one out called 'The Mockingbird & the crow'. It basically describes his career from being a mockingbird, writing songs for other artists, that will easily go on the radio, to saying screw that & doing his own thing & writing & performing HIS music, as the crow. Pretty cool song. It's like half is one song & the last half is another. Really creative guy who thinks outside the box.

As a teen in the 70s I saw so many abused women and young girls. Where I grew up women belonged to the "man" of the house (Bible Belt USA). However, every once in a while one of those "men" would cross a line and then just take off. The rumors were that they were in hiding under some random septic tank. What do I know? I was just a kid.🤷♀

Wow, please re-listen to this song. Leave out emotion. Breaking and entering, premeditated murder of a stranger..he said he didnt ask her questions, her crack dealer could have beat her up. This song is a perfect example of how simple entertainment sways peoples core values. There was no justice here because we have zero facts...the guy he killed could have been innocent. Domestic violence is beyond horrid and many get by with it. But this is not the answer.
Let the song play and leave your long winded comments for the end your breaking the contently of a great song. Thumbs down.
