  • Watermaster has a smart way of anchoring and dredging that provides excellent stability and does not block the passing traffic with wire-cables and extra anchors. Agile Watermaster is thus the perfect fit for confined inland waters. Watermaster has a strong, flexible excavator arm and a smart independent anchoring system with four tilting stabilizers, which allows the machine to anchor firmly and work safely. Watermaster’s steady anchoring enables the use of heavy-duty attachments in the whole shallow water area, from 0 to 6 meters deep.It can cover a large area of over 110 m², with a work angle of 180°.
Watermaster can reposition itself quickly which means that the vast majority of the total operation time is available for productive work and minimal time goes to repositioning the machine; and it is ready to start working immediately after changing the position.Watermaster’s operating method enables 50% to 100% more effective pumping time compared with traditional dredging machines which have a stiff suction pipe covering only very narrow areas from one position and needs to be repositioned often, making the dredging work slow and costly.
Watermaster’s suction dredging capability has been field-proven in thousands of projects worldwide in the past 30+ years. The pumping capacity of sludge (solid material mixed with water) is approximately 600 m3/h with Classic IV and 900 m3/h with Classic V. The maximum pumping distance is 1,5 km. The Distance can be doubled with the Watermaster Booster Station.
Watermaster’s state-of-the-art submersible Cutter Pump is an essential part of the Watermaster concept. The Watermaster Cutter Pump includes the patented Cutting Knife System, which enables suction dredging even in urban trash-filled sites.
