The sizing was driving me nuts, thanks for explaining. I’ll get to and make myself some gauges. So you decide how big your project will be and tell the program which in turn will make your picture fit? Is that it?
I have a graph of one of my grandsons that was dine for me but it's in gray scale. I'm making it for my daughter but we want to change the colors to skin tines. I have the pic on Dtitch Fiddle in the grays, so how can I incorporate the colors I want? Thank you in advance for your help

I am Making a carebear blanket already right .. a designer made this blanket in her shop ,but she just told me that her computer crashed and she can’t make anymore for the sizes that I need.. she only has like 2 more carebear blankets with the same blanket size I need which is 100 plus 2 for foundation and 132 high (rows) 100x132 And I was using stitch fiddle and I kind of get the idea for my care bear did come up on the graph but I’m not sure why it says 132 on the side and 100 on the top I already know my blanket size 100 x132 And I have the photo but Someone in the group a group said go to the chart section and do it there I’m lost do I make a Swatch which I’m not sure why I would because I know The size The only thing I seen is a empty chart design and I do not want that ? What chart is she talking about ? Would me emailing you be easy to show u my blanket or pictures?
you can put in how many rows you need for the height and how many stitches you need for the width. I'm not sure how clear the image will be and you may need to find another image that will show clearly for you. But you want to do "from picture" option since you are not drawing out from a blank graph. Sorry for the super late response, hope this helps :)

It doesn’t matter what stitch you use, it’s all about the gauge.

yes! When you are about to create a new chart, pick blank chart instead of from picture. The blank chart allows you to design. Hope that helps!

I can’t get my graph to do right for nothing it’s all muddy and jumbled up
