Ignasi always finds a way to lift up the bar even if this seems no longer possible...what a maestro.
I have a confession to make. I'm an addict. It's true. I'm addicted to the music of the astonishing Rita Payes, as well as to those magnificent musos that support and accompany Rita...Joan, Andrea, Ignasi, Josep, Esteve, and the wonderful Scott Hamilton. How could one fail to grow musically with the accompaniment of such giants of jazz? My heartfelt thanks to you all. You have all helped to restore my enjoyment of music.
I am an adicto too...I love the way Rita sings, so young and so sensitive, wen I listen to you, Rita I feel so happy inside my soul....

Andrea's my girl, first and foremost, but I love the adorable Rita, as well, and I'm knocked out by her singing and playing abilities. Watching the two of them perform together is always a wonderful experience (it doesn't hurt to have legend Scott Hamilton around, too!)
Wonderful rendition of a favorite tune.
What ridiculous good fortune for a budding world-class talent like 14 year old Rita's to find itself nestled into such world class talent as Ignasi and Scott's. Not just the fireworks she'll see and love later with Luigi Grasso and Kenny Washington but the open-handed magic of the notes not played, the blissed quiet of Ignasi taking the volume down , simplifying the sound scape ready for Scott's first, beautiful two note Bloom as if colour were suddenly turned back on.
Rita now does music of the widest and wildest sorts, but more than any I know, she does the open-handed musical magic of blissed beauty.
More than many there she paid attention in class.

Claro, así cualquiera ... si a una Rita Payés angelical y en estado de gracia, con una voz, estilo y sentimiento enervantes a sus 16 añitos, le pones al lado al Andrea Motis Quintet en pleno, uno de los mejores conjuntos de Jazz del mundo estos últimos años y además al "chavalín" Scott Hamilton, que no se ha bajado del carro de la genialidad desde hace décadas ... y el bellísimo tema, tan adecuado para Rita ...
Pues eso, que el maestro Chamorro se lo pone a huevo a sus chicos para que se luzcan a base de bien en esos sublimes discos del "Joan Chamorro presenta ...". No repara en gastos, no. Y es que los padres hacen cualquier cosa por los hijos, ya se sabe ... 😉

No. Joan Chamorro publishes the songs randomly. In most older videos, there is a hint in the description. Later, on public request, he included the year to the title.
Unfortunately, this indication isn't correct here. That concert in the Jamboree jazz club was in 2014, as in the description. There are other vids from that night, and further indicators like Rita's trombone which had changed by 2016.
