During the partition which occurs in 1947, Some of the Saraiki/Multani Families has to leave their home and travelled to India. There are lots of those people who still dreams of visiting Pakistan once in their life and among them there are many old age people, who can not travel to Pakistan, but they want to see their villages in Pakistan & their culture, clothing, heritage, different varieties of food, local and the International markets of Pakistan.
Very impressed to watch this video on Isakhel which is land of my ancestors,who have all the best in this town. My place of birth is also Isakhel. Our elders used to narrate all these stories which Shri D.P.Kathuria ji has expressed in this interview.

I remaind as Medical Officer at Tehsil Headquatre Hospital Isakhel from 1985-1886.With regards I differ with the elder that Hindu population in the city was not 99 percent as Afgan Niazi tribe with differen sub tribes was in majority.There were Afghan Mohallas like Isabkhel,Taanikhel,Usmankhel,Khanzamaykhel,Bhambranwala.Hindus were no doubt affluent but in minority as in Isakhel city there are few Muslim Mohajirs who replaced Hindu migrants of 1947.
