Ring of Desiccation is way more useful then it sounds. Don't Sleep on that Ring. The amount of dark sewers in BBI is crazy. Its so easy to get drenched in some dark BBI area. So I have one equipped at all times. Paired with the Elite Lantern and you are all set for exploring BBI.
Wanderlist Rings can be really for something i thought now: Go as Mage + 3 expert pawns (a ballanced party), put 2x Wanderlust rings and the augments Retribution and Reinforcement from MK. Yours pawns will be DEADLY 8D Btw, i saw Infinite Cringe doing that in the "Mage is OP" vid, so all credits to her. Plus, use High Grapnel to help your pawns, making that as your somewhat torpor (Or rusted staff/golden one for silence) >D

That's a bit strange. It could be that it is a bit time sensitive, normally submitting an item for duplication at 6 AM will usually be ready at 6 AM the next day; with Expediting Papers, the item would be ready at 6 PM.
Everything I've read says and states it's sorta bugged as in it doesn't work or it's so negligible you'd need 25+ of those papers to notice anything. I think they forgot to add it's function into the game, after all we only got 50% of the game it was meant to be
