It's easy to more-or-less trace the original in 3D animation, but this guy actually put in the work to even include the nuances of every single bit of movement, giving the characters an astoundignly tanganble range of emotions. + The obviously spot on camera work/animation in the sakuga.

The attention to detail is on an entirely different level and for a moment there I had a feeling that I was going to watch the rest of the episode after that fight thinking I was watching an actual show. If you apply that to practically any cinematography jobs in life you are looking at a professional level career. Well done.

The way meta knight flipped as he was blown away, matching the movement of Shigaraki was incredible. More than anything else in the video that was super impressive, you got the weight and motion of that moment perfectly.

Hiya, just a friend of Doov's here, and I just want to draw anyone who's reading this attention to the animation of Falcon's mouth during the punch rush and the "I'll just have to go beyond that and force you to surrender!" scene. Because jesus christ can someone give my buddy a job doing this so I can just watch it all day?
As someone who is getting into animation. You are an inspiration to me. I hope to one day be as good as you are and present an animation cause somehow come close to how amazing this is
Some people find shot for shot recreations less inspired, but I'm amazed at the amount of detail in basically making this as one-to-one as possible on even the most minute details, particularly the choice of Bowser as Noumu. If I had to give one nitpick, I think maybe you could have reigned it back slightly with Falcon's head movements, unless that was a side-effect of things like the arm movement for the rapid punching. It looked a bit like it shifted or bobbed a few times, which lost a bit of the feeling of "solid power" I got from All Might. That and maybe turning his head down away from the camera during the Plus-Ultra Punch shout. Something feels a little strange seeing mouth flaps during that, but that one might just be me. Excellent work, though I hope you realize people will be clamoring for the potentially more obvious "United States of Smash" animation some time like next year or 2020.
I wish I got the chance to say this earlier when the video was first released. I've seen the original scene from My Hero Academia that this is based on and I've got to say that this is hands down the definitive version of the scene. The lighting, the effects, the camera work, everything that you put into this has been fantastic to watch and is one of the best videos I've ever seen. May Ian Ogley rest in peace knowing that you have created a masterpiece in his honor. I'm sure he would appreciate it.

Captain Falcon has been my main since brawl. I can confirm, this is what it feels like landing a successful falcon punch after a good combo.
Some people find shot for shot recreations less inspired, but I'm amazed at the amount of detail in basically making this as one-to-one as possible on even the most minute details, particularly the choice of Bowser as Noumu.
If I had to give one nitpick, I think maybe you could have reigned it back slightly with Falcon's head movements, unless that was a side-effect of things like the arm movement for the rapid punching. It looked a bit like it shifted or bobbed a few times, which lost a bit of the feeling of "solid power" I got from All Might. That and maybe turning his head down away from the camera during the Plus-Ultra Punch shout. Something feels a little strange seeing mouth flaps during that, but that one might just be me.
Excellent work, though I hope you realize people will be clamoring for the potentially more obvious "United States of Smash" animation some time like next year or 2020.
If smash ultimate has story mode this would be it.

I wish I got the chance to say this earlier when the video was first released. I've seen the original scene from My Hero Academia that this is based on and I've got to say that this is hands down the definitive version of the scene. The lighting, the effects, the camera work, everything that you put into this has been fantastic to watch and is one of the best videos I've ever seen.
May Ian Ogley rest in peace knowing that you have created a masterpiece in his honor. I'm sure he would appreciate it.
