what is the mechanic when you do hyper/wave or super with this momentum booster?
it seems like more speed you have, more speed the hyper/wave/super get. but I don't know how exactly the speed get determined

they conserve all momentum, but they don't multiply it at all, so they send at lower speeds than you might expect sometimes
