Hey guys! Your aunty's here with the notes: The CHOREOGRAPHER it turns out is the striking girl from the opening shot. 19 year old Sienna Lalau has worked on several BTS projects. "Dionysus", J Hope's "Chicken Noodle Soup", and now "ON". She and her crew from The Lab Creative Arts danced in Hobi's mv too. She is also a Pacific Islander, Polynesian (Samoan?), and so are we! I lost my mind, my proud aunty mode engaged. Seeing the diversity in this mv was very healing for me because we all know how loving and inclusive they are. Well, I was confronted by multiple ignorant members of the press blasting BTS as racist today (one claim it seems stemmed from a language misunderstanding...the Korean word for "you/I") They also aggressively demonized ARMY. One of the dancers said that after this rehearsal, he couldn’t move for 5 days...BTS did the rehearsal for the Jimmy Fallon show and did 4-5 takes of it...can you imagine how much their bodies can handle?? They are constantly tired bc they put in 120% EVERY👏🏻SINGLE👏🏻 TIME👏🏻 they hit that stage. Whether it’s practice, dress rehearsals or the live performance. You wanna know why BTS is so amazing? I like the transitions because they make it look effortless. Most of the time when they transition they are facing forward and they just move knowing the person that was just there has moved as well! They are in total sync with one another. They are truly the greatness we are all getting tired of! 😉

i gotta say, it's rare to find reactors now a days that's really really genuine in appreciating BTS. most of them gives super hyped up and over the top praises without actually bothering to look at the depths of the lyrics, the meaning of every words, the flow of the song, how the beat drops, taking notes abt the choreo making sure nothing is wasted in the eyes, appreciating even the ppl that work along side them, or knowing where this song was supposed to be aimed for. and you guys do all of that. I agree with Blaze - 7:10 ish is the best part!! In the Kinetic Manifesto version it really highlights SUGA’s power in that part of the dance. In this version, it’s easier to see RM’s, though I think it is clearest in the BANGTANTV episode of filming (with the drones) for the Kinetic Manifesto. That move is HARD! The amount of strength it takes to do that once is wow, to do it multiple times as part of practice? 😳 My hip hurts every time I watch them do this move. Enjoying y’all’s reactions as usual! That drumstick drop at the end just made every mic drop out of date. DAMNNNNN that marching band had so much energy! The way the band complimented the dancing and kept the rhythm moving forward was amazing. And the boys just wrung out every drop of energy they had for that PRACTICE. This is why I'm an ARMYMOM :)

One of the girls from the dance crew posted on her Instagram story saying that energy is a must within their crew. So, understanding that the boys would be exhausted from practicing so much, the dance crew added cheering them on during the second half of the dance break to give the boys energy. I don't why but for me, I get goosebumps every time I see that part now. I'm from New Zealand, so not only is the cheering touching and adrenaline pumping but it also reminds me of the Haka. To see the togetherness between BTS and The Lab Dance Crew was really touching and inspiring to see. Shout out to all dancers that were on this project! We love ALL of the hard work and support you all brought to this project 💙💙

The other dancers are from her studio: The Lab. Also, can we just appreciate barefooted Jimin and Jungkook??? 😂 And also...... I LOVE this practice! You get to see it all and how hard everyone is working. I also love that you get to hear all the yelling to keep everyone energies up and gettin' it to the end.
I think what amazes me and often gets forgotten when you get so into watching the choreo is that they are SINGING through all of it. So many performers wouldn't be able to do the choreo period, let alone sing during it, and yet BTS does and they do it so damn good.
I was bumping this in my sister's truck the other day while going to work and had folks in the cars next to me asking what the song was at the light. Funny enough they knew BTS just didn't know they had new songs out... so I'd imagine they are looking it up now. I always loved the energy you guys give to reacting to these videso.

It's a long post today sorry 🙂 The way Blaze was shooting you looks everytime you would pause and he was getting more and more hyped up and boom you would hit pause..at 5:37..lol It's incredible to think that the choreographer is just 19...think about that 19 fam..what is she going to achieve in her life next what an amazingly talented dancer and choreographer. I love dance practice you can really see what the band are doing.With the video you can't see the details very well due to camera work.Every movement was powerful like us the Army that surrounds BTS and elbows the haters away.We are with them on every step of their journey 💜
The Lab (the dance team with them who won WoD in 2018 if I’m not mistaken) said they wanted to hype bts really hard even though they were tired from the practice as well because they knew bts were VERY tired at this point of the choreography but they wanted to encourage and amp them up! Sienna Lalau, who you may know as the 19 year old girl in the beginning of the Manifesto Film, also choreographed this along with Dionysus and CNS!

I think what amazes me and often gets forgotten when you get so into watching the choreo is that they are SINGING through all of it. So many performers wouldn't be able to do the choreo period, let alone sing during it, and yet BTS does and they do it so damn good.

I was bumping this in my sister's truck the other day while going to work and had folks in the cars next to me asking what the song was at the light. Funny enough they knew BTS just didn't know they had new songs out... so I'd imagine they are looking it up now. I always loved the energy you guys give to reacting to these videso.

It's incredible to think that the choreographer is just 19...think about that 19 fam..what is she going to achieve in her life next what an amazingly talented dancer and choreographer.
I love dance practice you can really see what the band are doing.With the video you can't see the details very well due to camera work.Every movement was powerful like us the Army that surrounds BTS and elbows the haters away.We are with them on every step of their journey 💜

The Lab (the dance team with them who won WoD in 2018 if I’m not mistaken) said they wanted to hype bts really hard even though they were tired from the practice as well because they knew bts were VERY tired at this point of the choreography but they wanted to encourage and amp them up! Sienna Lalau, who you may know as the 19 year old girl in the beginning of the Manifesto Film, also choreographed this along with Dionysus and CNS!
