Imagine the original dragon was pure dragon type, but with an ability like Dhelmises Steelworker called..... Dragon... Force which gives it STAB to all Fire, Electric and Ice type moves
my theory about the subject is that the original dragon splited himself because he was so loyal to both brothers that he couldn't disappoint neither of them, and he couldn't decide which belief was righter, so he took the drastic measure of splitting himself. the part of his essence that agreed with each brother manifested himself as another pokemon. so as long as reshiram and zekrom disagree, and until a hero of both truth and ideals will come to make them realize that the best is a balance between the two, reshiram and zekrom cand fuse with kyurem and each other and fill him completley.
Nah. To me I just think they should stick with the BW2 origin. To me Dragons should be greedy, gold loving, treasure hoarding, massive power of destruction. Also I know people love good dragons more but let’s face it. Evil dragons are way more badass. Take Smaug from the Hobbit for example, he had an opportunity to be good but Dragons in that universe are greedy evil and corrupted. And if you think about it the first myths and folktales that ever talked about dragons saw them as evil creatures bent on destruction. And since Kyurem in the Pokémon world is literally suppose to be the most powerful dragon type, I can see that working out. Now here’s another cool idea, the original dragon was peaceful until the brothers split him into 2 on purpose without his consent and so it went through physical and emotional pain splitting it self all because the brothers wanted power. Unaware to them Kyurem was left all that was left, and Kyurem vowed to become powerful again and destroy humanity. And after the process of splitting apart Kyurem found himself in freezing weather so he bonded with the freezing element, which would lead to him becoming ice type.
its not a different origin, its just my interpretation of the story so it would make sense. they never told us why would the dragon split apart of all things, instead of just running away or killing both brothers so i found a cool way to explain it. so its how i believe the legend really happened. i can get that you like evil dragons more, they are really badass, but just remember that the fact that you think its more badass doesn't mean its the right interpretation or that it makes more sense or that it dose justice to what its based of. and it really doesn't make sense that the brothers will split the dragon for power, if anything it weakened it. maybe because they wanted its power for themselves, but no incredible dragon would let anyone use its power unless through kindness. and i wouldn't be surprised if kyurem really is in pain. he is empty, the shell of his former self, infinite potential turned into infinite emptiness. that would explain the ice additions on its body, he tried to add on to its body to feel complete and hide its naked form. but i think true emptiness wouldn't make him evil. just sad. no where to go, no motivation to do anything... just waiting for someone to fill him. but even when they add one dragon, they can never truly fill him with both. so full yet so empty.
he said remakes not sequels, Black 2 & White 2 are not remakes of Black and White they are sequels in fact you can clearly see that they take place after Black and White. Remakes would be like how Fire Red & Leaf Green are remakes of Pokemon Red & Pokemon Blue(Green in Japan) while Heart Gold & Soul Silver are remakes of Gold & Silver, and Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire are remakes of Ruby & Sapphire.
Yea and they better make kyrem a water/dragon cause I see what he was saying Kyurem can’t go back to being the og dragon because ice is rigid and is built to be shaped as one thing therefore it won’t allow for it to transform into the og dragon but having it as a part water type then it will be more fluid and able to become the og dragon
Here's what I think should happen: Someone in the game, maybe Colress, discovers a second function within the DNA Splicers that allows Kyurem to change into a new form, one without Zekrom or Reshiram. In this new form, Kyurem's body is now almost covered in ice, appart from its mouth, back, and chest. This new form is called Fusion Kyurem. In this form, Kyurem is now able to fuse with the other two using the DNA Splicers, and transform into the original dragon.
@@_Tzerhonestly id kill for a game just uncovering all the cool stuff involving legendaries. The 3 birds getting their old movie purpose with lugia and lugia FINALLY getting the shadow lugia form. Regigas finally getting rid of slow start and primal revert.
I honestly do believe that when Gen 5 remakes come we are going to get the original Dragon. And it should be considered one of the most powerful Pokémon in the franchise.
Reminder that Reshiram and Zekrom are already capable of destroying the planet's surface. Combine their power and use it to unlock Kyurem's, and the result is going to be terrifying.
@@aran.m977 eternamax eternartus has over 1100 in base stat total which is over 400 more base stat total than arceus(god) so i dunno how we can top how busted it became.
@@_Tzer thats gameplay. And completly separate from the lore. The Original Dragon is probably somewhere around the level of the Creation trio. If combined it has the Concepts of Truth, Ideals and Nothingness. Wich would be pretty broken if done right. @@soulofcinder518 I couldn't agree more on that last part. This franchise has gotten so stupid. When they replace the iconic pokédex with a stupid talking rotom. I knew franchise had finally died. Now we got motorcycle/gliding Pokemon 😑 Then to rub salt in the wounds. They are legendaries at that. Such a freaking stupid concept! Maybe instead allow us to ride Pokemon like in the anime. Want to fly around? Hop on Dragonite or some other flooring Pokemon that's big enough to carry a human child. Wanna swim across the ocean? Hop on your Lapras or perhaps even the legendary Pokemon Kyogre. Maybe even a classic Blastoise? Just need a ride around town or on land? Saddle up on a Arcanine or a Garchomp? You see these ideas would be much cooler. Instead of a concept that fits more alongside Digimon or just some other franchise in general. It's truly just stupid. But you'll have idiots defend the stupid ideas of a motorcycle and gliding Pokemon concept 😑 We already had perfectly good mechanics. No need to ruin what was already fine. What I suggested above would have been a much cooler concept. Because how neat would that be being able to ride your favorite Pokemon to wherever? Full animated and everything.
Interesting video! The BW Legends are my personal favorite when it comes to legends and their plot line. I have a few observations about the legends which I hope can be somewhat useful in this conversation. *Fusion* - From what I can tell, when Kyurem is fused it becomes one organism and not two in one body. Think of it like mashing up not just the body, but memories and personality. They become one unit, not two independently thinking ones acting as one. *Heros* - Something small and obvious, but I'd like to highlight it. Reshiram and Zekrom require a hero to reanimate. Without a hero, they cannot take form. Perhaps their separation forces a dependence on an external source as a supplement. Regardless, Reshiram and Zekrom have a dependence that the Original Dragon did not need. *Connections* - Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem seem to be aware of each other's presence. In Black and White, when N beats Alder, he says, "That Stone... Zekrom/Reshiram is responding to it." In Black 2 and White 2, N says, "Zekrom/Reshiram told me Kyurem is suffering!" Despite having opposite methodologies, Reshiram and Zekrom were actually said to get along well together but were forced into conflict by the heros. *Original Dragon* - There is little to know about the power, appearence, existence, or origins of the Original Dragon. It could be that it just had no true forme and that Black Kyurem and White Kyurem were the formes it could switch between. But a 'complete' forme isn't something I want to rule out yet. When the two heros came into conflict, the Original Dragon developed an inner conflict, torn between the heros and what they stood for. The inner conflict within its personality caused it to develop physically split personalities. Basically Multiple Personality Disorder (in a rough sense) taken to an extreme. This brings the question of what exactly are the origins of the Original Dragon. We really don't know. No normal Pokemon could split itself. All the other legendaries have had concrete backstories. It was thought Kyurem came from outer space, bringing the possibility that the Original Dragon was not from that world. *Predictions* - We may learn more about the trio's origins in the near future. Colress reappearing creates the chance of a connection to Gen 5 and Gen 7. I wonder why in the intro of Black 2 and White 2 Colress had a book that looked nearly identical to the Z-Ring? Black and White also had Entralink, which which allowed travel and communication between alternate worlds, and Sun and Moon had beings that could travel between alternate worlds. And considering Ultra Sun and Moon bring new fusions (although it seems much different) I'm interested in what it reveals.
I got a theory that the DNA Splicers were actually at first used to split the original dragon Probably some weird compromise the princes made up to settle this and/or the problem with its developing multiple personality disorder They didn't really say WHY was the DNA Splicers were made or when were they made(before or after the split)
or keyrum can Never fuse at the same time together with the other 2 dragons. if you break a cup and than glue it together you can still see its broken. you cant change what already happend
This has actually been something I've been trying to figure out for some time regarding the 'Original Dragon'. Is it possible for Kyurem to merge with both Reshiram and Zekrom and regain it's true form? I believe so. And if GameFreak were to go in that direction, I believe this Original Dragon could become something as powerful as Mega Rayquaza. It reminds me of the Elemental Trinity, since it's powers focus on Fire, Lightning, and Ice, and so it's Ability and Type should focus around that. It's Ability would be called 'Elemental', where every time it uses an Electric, Fire, or Ice Type move, it's Type would change and match it. It would be a Dragon Type that could become part Ice, Electric, or Fire Type. And it signature Move would be 'Elemental Breath' and it would work similar to it's Ability. I know GameFreak isn't going to make something quite like that, but maybe they'll surprise us fans.
SpenceTimes i feel like if they where to make a squal, and they actually did this it wouldnt be called pokemon back or white, but maybe something like pokemon pure?
Idea: Give Kyurem a primal reversion. When u think about it, Kyurem is one of the Pokémon that it makes sense for them to have a primal form. It was once the original dragon, but, after human intervention, it was split into three. And that’s what primal forms are - unlocking a previous, incredible power that was lost over time. So, if Kyurem gets a grey orb similar to Kyogre and Groudon’s blue and red orbs, it could go from dragon/ice typing to dragon/water typing, and merge with both Reshiram and Zekrom to become the original dragon, aka True Kyurem, Ultra Kyurem, whatever you want to call it. It could be either mono dragon type to make total sense, or be dragon/steel because that’s arguably the best typing in the game. Also it’d have an absurd stat total. Probably somewhere around 750.
What if instead of making a form that would allow Kyurem to fuse with both Reshiram and Zekrom, what if the God Stone acts like a second DNA Splicers? The God Stone, however would not work on normal Kyurem since it would need to be activated by aura energy, so maybe it could be used on Kyurem who already fused with one dragon to fuse with the other dragon. It wouldn't be the first time where an unused item introduced in its generation gets used in a later generation, the Magma Stone comes to mind. I think that in order for the Original Dragon to return, both natural and artificial ways would need to be used, the DNA Splicers is already the artificial way, the God Stone would be the natural way. Both of those items would need to be used to restore the Original Dragon. At least that's how I see it. But a second form that allows Kyurem to fuse with both is a great idea as well.
So let me get this strait... use DNA splicers first with Kyurem to fuse it with either reshiram or zekrom... then use the “God Stone” to combine the already fused Kyurem with whichever dragon was left over to create the ultimate dragon.
Or here’s a better idea. Just replace the DNA Splicers with Super DNA splicers (IDK JUST GO WITH THE NAME!) anyways. then use that one item to combine them all at once. It doesn’t need to be complicated. This is the way you put it: get an DNA splicers to fuse Pokémon, get ANOTHER item to fuse the already fused Pokémon with the remaining one. Now take a simple, more enjoyable way: Get Super DNA splicers, combine them all at once. Simple!
@@metagross6897 mathematically it'd be 720 or higher. which is arceus levels. Also the sinnoh legends are based off states of matter, there is a fourth state of matter plasma, fire and lightning are considered forms of plasma.

That was a movie nonetheless, just because it's true in the anime doesn't mean it's true in the games. Take the existence of Silver, the baby lugia, from "Pokemon the Movie: 2000" do we hear of a baby lugia in pokemon silver, or gold, or the remakes? Then again, we had things like Venustoise, the evil Groudon from "Jirachi the Wishmaker", and most notably, the fact that somehow a Pikachu could defeat an Onix with an electric type move.
The ice is holding it back as the pokedex entry for sword and shield states. And it is still being held back in black and white kyurem. It needs PURE plasma in order to burn it off both truth and ideals. Grey kyurem or just kyurem. aka the great namehere.
Michael Tsi you mean like a missing piece of kryrem and the DNA splicers tool because the splicers did look like a piece was missing like a yellow crystal with a outside shell with the top part missing the top part could allow kryrem to fuse with both of them but I searched everywhere in every crack found something that would look like it in a tree but I can’t grab it
x Hasan 100% zygarde is still trash not even strong it's kind of bulky but it has no attack, I sometimes feel like 10% form is much stronger because of its speed
StarTheAngel normal kyurem stats:660,and white or black stats kyurem stats:700, the true dragon stats would be 740 second to mewtwo mega evolutions and mega Rayquaza.
If you read Kyurem's pokedex entry, it states that it's waiting for a hero to fill in the missing parts of itself with truth OR ideals. It never said truth AND ideals. I think Kyurem already knows that it can't fuse with both of them, so he'll have one or the other.
Kyurem was the original dragon and became the empty shell left behind after the split. The split was probably damaging to its form and therefore is the reason why it cannot become totally whole
I always had a theory that the seperation changed Kyurem sp much that he can only take the energy from one of the Dragons at once. It's just a giant headcanon though :)
There is also the Two Contraries in Alchemy that may more closely connect to Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem, it is a similar concept to the Tao Yin and Yang but it's represented by a White Feathery Dragon and a Black Scaly Dragon interlocked biting each other's tails to form a double Ouroboros. The Two Contraries are the children of the First Matter depicted as a 3 headed Hydra. Philosophers believe that they were born from the chaotic darkness of the First Matter in the tremendous burst of energy and light that created the celestial spheres. The Two Contraries are the reciprocal principles of nature, usually described as active and passive. All things are engendered through the union of these two opposing forces. The active force is Sophic Sulfur. The sophic title is used to differentiate it from the common material. Sophic Sulfur is the active energy of any substance or situation. It is aggressive and penetrating and described as masculine. Sophic Sulfur is linked to the sun, air, and fire. It is represented by the King, a philosophical construct that exemplifies the traits of this Contrary. Metaphysically, the Sophic Sulfur forms the soul of a creature and expresses its consciousness and intellect. The passive force is Sophic Mercury, which is the passive energy of any substance or situation. It is receptive, reflective, productive, and described as feminine. Sophic Mercury is linked to the moon, water, and air. It is represented by the Queen, the philosophical counterpart to the King. Sophic Mercury forms the spirit of a creature and expresses its vital force and self-awareness. The third force created from the division of the First Matter is Sophic Salt which has the power to neutralize the the other two dynamic forces Metals are formed by differing impurities and concentrations of Sophic Sulfur and Mercury. Platinum is the purest and most balanced of the Two Contraries, while lead is the most unbalanced. One of the powers of the Philosopher's Stone would balance the Sophic Sulfur and Mercury in a metal, perfecting it, which would turn lead into gold. While they are opposites, Sophic Sulfur and Sophic Mercury work with each other and neither can survive without the other. In time, each Contrary will transform into the other, in a constant dance that drives reality
I was think normal dragon. Think about it, you're combining ice, fire, and electric. The only other move that does that is tri attack and it's a normal move
i still don't understand why ovi doesn't have 100k subs.. he has true dedication for his channel, and always serves the best for his audiences. some poketubers who have more than 100k subs don't even bother to make a high quality content for their audiences
the more important question is why i cant have both fused forms at the same time. i traded away one of my favorite pokemon to get a 2nd kyurem, and it doesn't work!
With eternatus's release I immediately thought it reminded me of a skeletal kyurem with way too many similarities. Kyurem represents emptiness, the empty husk, cold, wuji. Eternatus is the opposite. It burns hot, overloading with energy to the point where it causes others to explode with energy. It represents the spirit, heat, taiji. Even it's eternamax form is a callback to the symbol representing taiji. Another basic thing I noticed is its purple, a mixture of red and blue, zekrom and reshirams colors. Kyurem and eternatus both came from a meteor. I know this is out there but there's too many similarities that I just can't ignore it anymore. That's why kyurem can't regain it's form because even if you had zekrom and reshiram together it still wouldn't be complete without the spirit or infinite energy that is the taiji of the tao concept. To achieve yin and yang is to have both wuji and taiji. We only have wuji. That's why I believe eternatus is just the leftover energy of the original dragon. Whatever the dragon was, it was vastly powerful and I'm afraid of it lol.
I wish they added the Original Dragon 🐉 to a future game! Idea 💡 for its base stats: Total-720 HP-100 Attack-150 Defence-90 Sp.Atk-150 Sp.Def-90 Speed-140 Feel free to come up with an physical appearance, Ability, how to obtain, and moveset (even with a signature move, if you want to)
Given how powerful black/white kyurem is, I could see Kyurems true form being unbeatable by every dragon up to gen 8 at least, and maybe even able to give Arceus a run for its money
Hey Ovi, I really like that theory! Could you make one about Colress, why he's in Alola and maybe a future connection to Sinnoh. I already have a theory about it, do you want to hear it or do you want to make one up by yourself? :)
Well in the legend after the separation of the legendary dragons there was some left over material, which formed kyurem This left over material was formed and changed while waiting for the other dragons so they can fuse and changed too much to fuse with both of them Maybe a primal evolution of kyurem would fix this issue and make it able to fuse with them under the proper situations of them all being controlled by either a couple like minded people who seek both truth and ideals or just one trainer who is balanced on the respect of truth and ideals
I think there's a simple reason why Kyrem can't become the original dragon- It CAN, but WON'T. Kyrem most likely remembers what happened all those years ago and doesn't want to be split again. So it only embodies one idea at a time.
I remember when I first found kyurem I was just to excited to do anything other than try to catch it , I caught it of course and no black and white npc was safe in battle ever again
I was thinking what the strength and base stat total will be of the original theory when I came up with this theory: The original dragon means that it was the dragon before the splitting but it also means something else also... it means that it was the first dragon ever so being the ancestor of the dragons it should be the strongest dragon. Currently, the strongest dragon is mega rayquaza. The dragon therefore should have the same base stat total as mega rayquaza and if not higher! I think it should have a 800 base stat total for this reason and another. When it is normal kyerum it has a base stat total of 600 and when it fuses with one of the legendaries it adds another 100 to get 700 so if it fuses with both of the legendaries it should add 200 to its base stat total. Comment if you agree.
It will probably be a thing when we revisit Unova in like, 2025 or something. Pokémon like Zygarde and Necrozma are paving the way for how different legendary forms work. And thanks to ORAS we can have "Primal" legendaries too. In the concept of the Tao, the Ying Yang keep themselves in balance, and one side is black, and one side is white... however, they are not purely black or white, the black side still has white in it, and the white side still has black in it. I think this means that the Pokémon that are actually lacking for the fusion is not Kyurem, but Zekrom and Reshiram themselves. They are 100% Ideal and 100% Truth. Perhaps in a future remake, the Black and White Stones that contain them will become held items that allow for Primal Zekrom and Primal Reshiram, and thus, with both in a real state, they can be both fused into a complete Tao/Gray/Primal/Ultra Kyurem. And btw, the subtheme here is energy. The villain name is team PLASMA because that's what fire and electricity are. Zekrom represents electric motors and Reshiram represents combustion motors. Kyurem is ice type because it is a pun on COLD FUSION (something that is 100% science fiction, tho)
There are also some lore implications... Take that Pokémon White is the canon one just for this example: Hilda/Hilbert is the hero of Ideals and the one to catch Zekrom. N escapes with Reshiram. But we KNOW that N doesn't capture or have any pokémon. He befriends and talks to them. They battle as a favor to him. I don't think the game implies that N is the hero of Truth. Nate/Rosa on the sequel, on the other hand, are allowed to catch Reshiram. And I think that would entitle them to the title of hero of Truth, differently from N. Which means that it would take Hilbert to meet Nate in order for Kyurem to be in the presence of both heroes once again. And that doesn't happen in BW2. The two sets of protagonists never met.
Eith Colress and Ghestis return in Ultra Dun and Moon in the Rainbow Rocket epusode I feel like we might get one of those alternate universes of Black and White
I haven’t seen anyone else mention the tai ji! I think that would be at the center of a Legends Unova game and be the in-universe answer for why Kyurem hasn’t done it already in game
I think N might be connected to, or at least symbolizes the original dragon since he's the only character in the games who can speak to/hear the inner voices of pokemon, an ability whose origins we know little to nothing about similar to the OG dragon and its role in the creation of the Pokemon universe. As he states, he resides on the border between human and pokemon. He can't be defined as just a rival, friend, ally, or antagonist. He's a mixture of all four. He's the Kyurem of the Pokemon universe because his warmth/childhood was stripped away from him upon meeting Ghetsis and not having a proper parental figure in his life, thus making him cold/innocent which, as Anthea explains, is dangerous(like Kyurem). In the anime, he's the only character without the white sparkle in his eyes which symbolizes the missing piece in his life. His eyes are dull similar to how Kyurem has no pupils unlike its counterparts. N is also Reshiram, representing the brutal reality of the Pokemon world, and Zekrom in his quest to make pokemon the perfect beings and create an ideal world of black and white. He's the original dragon personified.
I wish there would he a game where team plasma, or some different incarnation of them finally figured out a way to capture kyurem, zekrom and reshiram and force all three of them to fuse back into the original dragon, and then we have to defeat it, we can't fuse them together it but make it be like an end boss for the game after you beat the elite four
The fact that New York is the centre of Heroes in Marvel. It makes BW/BW2 related to hero concept but in pokemon design and concept. The representation tho is both nigh and deep which you can even see clues by reading the context then takes deep by the story. Hell of a concept!
It's kind of weird you used the backstory from the movie as the backstory for the game, but they are similar, so I'll give you that. Otherwise, the Vale, Dragonforce, etc are probably not involved in GameFreak's vision for the Tao trio.
My theory is that ultra necrozma is the original dragon I think ultra necrozma was losing its light this is a shiny ultra necrozma from the alternate universe with that cosmog in it The shiny ultra necrozma went to a place in the sun to lose its light In doing so they split into normal necrozma a shell that goes to the normal timeline making it ultra changing the place And the energy left over forms into the original dragon and the energy split itself leaving parts that open a small wormhole grabbing a injured shell necrozma from on the ice part making that a normal timeline Then it fuses the frosted ice covered injured necrozma shell with the leftover energy from any ultra necrozma energy Forcing the split energy dragons to take elements from around them 1 took the burning passion from a boy and the other took the clouds The husk dragon being was forced to use the icey element from the damaged necrozma husk, in doing so the elements cant mix making it impossible to fuse them fully together The closest thing was fusing one of the plain energy dragons dna with the icey husk fusing them into 1 being And this was alternatively was swapped to use thedamaged necrozma husk that was in a normal ultra timeline to take light and form from beings spewed out by the universe cosmog wich came from fragments of ultra necrozma energy to power up to get rid of terrible beings But they got attracted to alola as it was flowing with necrozma energy from wormholes into different dimensions soon a necrozma husk got hold of one of the fully evolved cosmog giving it enough light to be stable for a while then it took light and formed a ultra necrozma but something went wrong it was normal It was a husk that ended norma, All of them did It was only 1 true necrozma strong enough to effect all the timeliness And then the player goes to the other side of the wormhole into the original world nothing special just normal places filled with new pokemon and it all ends some how but that was lost to time
I have sorta idea behind these three dragons as well as the shinnoh dragons being that each one deprives from a state of matter, with Dialga represents solid, palkia being liquids, gartina being gas, Zekrom and Reshiram being plasma, and kuryem being Boson-Einstein Condesates.
What if Victini is the missing link to combine them? Victini is the spirit of victory, which is something Kyurem no longer has, just a desire to not be empty. Victini could be the piece that drives all 3 dragons to become one and gives the end product the will to be the strongest of all dragons.
I think Kyurem is still the original dragon, just like how he stays Kyurem when he fuses with either dragon, I think one day we'll get him, just like how we did get Primal Groudon and Kyogre, for example.
I say that your theory could be right because not only would a water-dragon type balance the trio by bringing Reshiram down a little, it could also be a type of connecter like the DNA Splicers allowing the dragon not included in Kyurem-Black or Kyurem-White to be included
It's mentioned by Ghetis in B/W 2 that Kyruem is a husk of sorts, a remanent of the original dragon's body. Going off Pokedex entries then it would likely follow that, upon the split, Kyruem lost control of the freezing energy it generated. This energy leaked and Kyruem's body became frozen.
The split does well for explaining why Kyruem appears so disfigured as well. However, I'd have to disagree on why we haven't seen a complete Kyruem yet. My personal opinion is that (though it goes against in-game mechanics) two DNA splicers would be needed to make Kyruem complete once again.
Appearance wise, I don't think there's much left to the imagination. There's a brief cutscene where Kyruem absorbs Reshiram/Zekrom in-game and I think that would, unfortunately, sum up its appearance. Not disfigured, or covered in ice.
Its said in black 2 and white 2 that all 3 originated from stones... For reshiram the light stone, for zekrom the dark stone, and kyurem came from an icy meteorite... If you wanted to combine all 3 wouldnt it seem obvious that you should combine the stones, with dark light and empty ice wouldn't something like a twilight stone be possible... And the idea for kyurem having another form might be possible, but what if the differences of each belief cause the combined power of reshiram and zekrom to be too overwhelming for kyurem to handle thus prohibiting the reconstruction of the original dragon
I have a Theory! "Kyuryum" must've meant to use Kyurem as a "Vessel" for his consciousness. And that's why he must've had the ability to combine one of the dragons to him.But I think "Kyuryum" must've given too much mental strength to Zekrom and Reshiram so kyurem received low strength to combine and become the Original dragon
my theory for all of this is thus Kyurem is an ailen pokemon (as said in the games that it came down in a meteor) Now to back track a little there are 2 original dragons one of zekrom and reshiram and one of all three. The second comes into play as it approached earth, as the orginal dragon within a meteor in the ozone it would have run into a less friendly dragon (rayquaza) who from ORAS we know consumes meteors making the original dragon rayquaza's prey in ancient times (side note depending on how far back this maybe as the time is not stated the original dragon might have had to deal with mega ray) anyways after the fight with rayquaza the dragon was split in two leaving what humans think of as the orginal dragon (zekrom & reshiram) and kyurem. Kyurem crashes down. I imagine the reason the original dragon cannot be created is for one of two reasons, first the wounds sustained from its encounter with rayquaza may have made it unable to fully fuse again heck we know energy within itself leaks out which is why parts of it are frozen perhaps it is leaking out of its wounds. The other reason being is that the three just aren't compatible any more. Zekrom and reshiram split without Kyurem and changed to follow their heroes becoming two different pokemon rather than one and now the three just do not synergize well anymore, while kyurem can take on one due to it being a hollow shell reshiram and zekrom can't fuse together preventing kyurem from becoming the original one again
My personal idea is that kyurem once coming into contact with the god orb will ascend to its awakened form(type water dragon) and then search for the other 2 Unova dragons and once the three are all in the same area reshiram and Zekrom turn into their orb forms and fuse with the god orb allowing kyurem to basically do a primal reversion into the original dragon(type dragon ability Devine essence: makes all super effective attacks against this Pokemon neutral water fire ice and electric moves become stab)
Ok you have Dragon - Fire Dragon - Ice Dragon - Electric Dragon - Water as the final form is about obvious, I actually think Dragon - Fairy Dragon - Dark Dragon - Ghost Would be some interesting types
If we could one day use the full dragon, it should have the ability Dragon Aura. Powers up dragon type moves, while also allowing his dragon moves to hit fairies. Useful and balanced if you think about it.
My theory on why kyurem can't turn back into the original dragon is because of its wings.if you look at kyurem design one of its wings is shorter than the other and in the cutscene where kyurem absorbs reshiram/zekrom it uses its wings to absorb them
Duh! We already know their combined form is Drampa. Its in their typing: Fire, Electric, Ice. Where else do you see this? The move Tri Attack. Thus if the the three dragons combined the new secondary typing would have to be normal, leaving Drampa to be the only possibility.
My personal theory is that kyeruem is the shell of what used to be the original dragon. If there were two DNA splicers used on kyeruem he could become the original dragon again
Kyurem only fused with both of the dragons once, being the one connecting the two dragons together and then they were disconnected and aren't able to both fuse at the same time but only one dragon fused with kyurem
Answer Is Simple: Kyurem Can't Become Vahirom Kyurem Because Unova Has No Mega Evolution! Necrozma Becomes The Original Dragon By Fusing With Both Solgaleo And Lunala At The Same Time With Ultra Burst Which Is Very Similar To Mega Evolution.
Hmm perhaps it would be a form of primal mode or a mega evolution that can be made by reverting both of the legendary dragons to stones and using modified dna splicers to combine them and give it to kyurem to use it in battle
Imagine the original dragon was pure dragon type, but with an ability like Dhelmises Steelworker called..... Dragon... Force
which gives it STAB to all Fire, Electric and Ice type moves
That be badass.
gman2255 [cue Fairy Tail Dragon Force Theme]
BTW you guys should all look that up and listen to it it's epic. Just make sure you don't listen to nightcore version.
Here’s an idea make it pure Dragon type and give it an ability makes sure it can hit fairy types with dragon type moves.
gman2255 nice theory but mono dragon is a pretty bad defensive typing
my theory about the subject is that the original dragon splited himself because he was so loyal to both brothers that he couldn't disappoint neither of them, and he couldn't decide which belief was righter, so he took the drastic measure of splitting himself. the part of his essence that agreed with each brother manifested himself as another pokemon. so as long as reshiram and zekrom disagree, and until a hero of both truth and ideals will come to make them realize that the best is a balance between the two, reshiram and zekrom cand fuse with kyurem and each other and fill him completley.
I really like this idea.
These are exactly my thoughts on the matter
Fracenata yay! Thanks! Goota think about what the God stone has to do with this tho... maybe it's just a scrapped dea?
I really like Kyurem. It seems so mysterious.
Luckpup I just like it's design
Me, too.
Same. But maybe I'm a little biased because kyurem was my first EX pokemon card.
I got in the original
@@davelabonte7806 Same here!
Well if black and white remakes ever happen i want to see the original form of kyurem.
black and white 2
he said remakes not sequels, Black 2 & White 2 are not remakes of Black and White they are sequels in fact you can clearly see that they take place after Black and White.
They would remake black and white 2 as well since it took place 2 years after black and white
It’s more likely it would happen in a Pokémon Legends:Kyurem
They must do the fusion dance
Fuuuuuu... Sion. Haaa
@@alexjohnmason7107 nah fusion rings will do
Here's what I think should happen:
Someone in the game, maybe Colress, discovers a second function within the DNA Splicers that allows Kyurem to change into a new form, one without Zekrom or Reshiram. In this new form, Kyurem's body is now almost covered in ice, appart from its mouth, back, and chest. This new form is called Fusion Kyurem. In this form, Kyurem is now able to fuse with the other two using the DNA Splicers, and transform into the original dragon.
UnovaKid 24 That sounds awesome
UnovaKid 24 I'd love if this could happen
UnovaKid 24 I like it.
someone make that a game
Its going to be the most overpowered thing from stats and destruction power

I just hope they dont make it look like the newest legendarys and turn it into a car to ride around
@@soulofcinder518 I couldn't agree more on that last part. This franchise has gotten so stupid. When they replace the iconic pokédex with a stupid talking rotom. I knew franchise had finally died. Now we got motorcycle/gliding Pokemon 😑
Then to rub salt in the wounds.

Kyogre's Hideout that's a new one
Reamed Yeah for me Gen 5 had one of best stories.
Same
I got a theory that the DNA Splicers were actually at first used to split the original dragon
Probably some weird compromise the princes made up to settle this and/or the problem with its developing multiple personality disorder
They didn't really say WHY was the DNA Splicers were made or when were they made(before or after the split)
or keyrum can Never fuse at the same time together with the other 2 dragons.
if you break a cup and than glue it together
you can still see its broken.

yonas verbakel 👏👏👏👏🌝
Where did I put my time machine? I need to stop the original dragon from ever seperating in the first place.
Kyogre's Hideout if you do it with a time machine all the things you cause is a reaction and everytime you go back you cant still fix it
this is pokemon , gamefreak can do everything just like they add fairy type
yes it can fuse still with missing part of a part ok
I fully expect the remakes to be called pokemon black and white 3.
They are REMAKES not sequels. But that DOSNT matter game freak DOSNT give a fuсk about what we say
Doesnt*. Sorry
SpenceTimes yes 😂
SpenceTimes i feel like if they where to make a squal, and they actually did this it wouldnt be called pokemon back or white, but maybe something like pokemon pure?
You know becuase “pure” isn’t subjective and a bad name
Tulio Kip That sounds cool
Now take a simple, more enjoyable way:
Get Super DNA splicers, combine them all at once. Simple!
Tulio Kip great job with that theory I like it
Wait did you said AURA power ?
*my lucario pops out of the pokeball*
I feel like if we get the original dragon it will be the most op Pokémon of all time and could even rival the power of Arceus itself

Based theory
I think that there is a missing piece for the fusion.
What if the DNA Splicers had another function?
What if you had gotten DNA Splicers, then talked to someone, and then got ANOTHER DNA Splicers?
Michael Tsi you mean like a missing piece of kryrem and the DNA splicers tool because the splicers did look like a piece was missing like a yellow crystal with a outside shell with the top part missing the top part could allow kryrem to fuse with both of them but I searched everywhere in every crack found something that would look like it in a tree but I can’t grab it
yes,apparently there is a 3rd dragon...
Maybe you need to have Reshiram,Zekrom, the DNA splicers,AND the God Stone.
Kyurems original form probably had mega Rayquaza stats.
Star Pit or 100% Zygarde
Star Pit Nah even that's too low! I imagine it being at max level no matter what the IV's or nature are all stats at 999
x Hasan 100% zygarde is still trash not even strong it's kind of bulky but it has no attack, I sometimes feel like 10% form is much stronger because of its speed
The Original Dragon must be the second strongest pokemon afther Original Arceus (with all the plate fused)
Well they say that Kyurem was "ONE" with those two in the beginning
Great theory. It made me like these dragons much more. I was watching this while trying for a shiny Kyruem in ORAS :D
Did you get it? :3
I’m thinking about trying for shiny Reshiram myself.
5 years later, u ever got it mate?
Kyurem was the original dragon and became the empty shell left behind after the split. The split was probably damaging to its form and therefore is the reason why it cannot become totally whole
This story sounds exactly like Sogaleo, Lunala, and Necrozma
No it doesn’t. Necrozma is separate from solgaleo and lunala while reshiram, kyurem, and zekrom are connected together.
Why is the category for this video under Cars and Vehicles?
Solaris290 Maybe because The orignal dragon night look like a car?
Solaris290 ??? mine's gaming
Because Reshiram and Zekrom have motorized tails.
Kyurem is a vessel that Reshiram and Zekrom fill
I think kyreum could have to get the ice surrounding its body melted off to get rid of the ice type allowing more than one to fuse with it
I always had a theory that the seperation changed Kyurem sp much that he can only take the energy from one of the Dragons at once. It's just a giant headcanon though :)
For me I think the DNA Splicers are not "strong" enough to fuse both of them back into Kyurem
The third force created from the division of the First Matter is Sophic Salt which has the power to neutralize the the other two dynamic forces
Metals are formed by differing impurities and concentrations of Sophic Sulfur and Mercury.
I feel it would have to be pure dragon type
Kevin Tracy Jr yea, and it would have an ability to have no weaknesses
I was think normal dragon. Think about it, you're combining ice, fire, and electric. The only other move that does that is tri attack and it's a normal move
or make it the first triple type pokemon, being Dragon/Fire/Electric type
Sal Mosqueda
So that would mean that the Original Dragon should be Dragon/Normal type
Normal-Dragon seems better.
Tri-Attack seems like it should have three types, but it doesn't.
i still don't understand why ovi doesn't have 100k subs.. he has true dedication for his channel, and always serves the best for his audiences. some poketubers who have more than 100k subs don't even bother to make a high quality content for their audiences
Don't forget the unused key item that was believed to be an item to fuse all 3. It may happen in a reboot who knows that would be awesome
the more important question is why i cant have both fused forms at the same time. i traded away one of my favorite pokemon to get a 2nd kyurem, and it doesn't work!
Or it could just be the 2 type limit on a Pokemon..
Keknium Z wtf? That logic doesn’t work bc of Black kyurem and white kyurem
what? Theres no reason that its ability cant change its type, Game freak has made abilities like this b4
I wish they added the Original Dragon 🐉 to a future game!
Idea 💡 for its base stats:
Total-720
HP-100
Attack-150
Defence-90
Sp.Atk-150
Sp.Def-90
Speed-140
Feel free to come up with an physical appearance, Ability, how to obtain, and moveset (even with a signature move, if you want to)
720 makes no sense at all. Its bast stats would have to be at least 800 to be viable competitively and lore wise.
Tbh i think itll just lose its ice type, as its not really supposed to be there, as it makes him unable to open his mouth and stuff yes
I want Nintendo to make an official original dragon.
Given how powerful black/white kyurem is, I could see Kyurems true form being unbeatable by every dragon up to gen 8 at least, and maybe even able to give Arceus a run for its money
As always, wonderful theory and video Ovi!
I love gen 5 and gen 4 because they actually follow beautifully written storylines.
Hey Ovi, I really like that theory! Could you make one about Colress, why he's in Alola and maybe a future connection to Sinnoh. I already have a theory about it, do you want to hear it or do you want to make one up by yourself? :)
Well in the legend after the separation of the legendary dragons there was some left over material, which formed kyurem
This left over material was formed and changed while waiting for the other dragons so they can fuse and changed too much to fuse with both of them
Maybe a primal evolution of kyurem would fix this issue and make it able to fuse with them under the proper situations of them all being controlled by either a couple like minded people who seek both truth and ideals or just one trainer who is balanced on the respect of truth and ideals
I think there's a simple reason why Kyrem can't become the original dragon-
It CAN, but WON'T.
Yes
Well Iris says it herself in the movie that he's the strongest dragon type Pokémon.
Pokemon Deep Black and Pokemon Vast White names for the remakes (if they make them)
Wonder what the fan art for the full dragon will look like
Kyurem is an empty husk of when both dragons unfused leaving behind Kyurem.
I remember when Pokemon was deep. I was there 3000 years ago.
What if the original dragon Pokemon was a dragon psychic type
It would be cool but like kyurem is know for being ice type so it wouldt be right
@@gamingyoshi2280 But it Can learn *Ice* type moves.
The fact that New York is the centre of Heroes in Marvel. It makes BW/BW2 related to hero concept but in pokemon design and concept. The representation tho is both nigh and deep which you can even see clues by reading the context then takes deep by the story. Hell of a concept!
I love learning from these vids. thank you!
Subtitles thinks reshiram is restroom
The 3 combined would probably be as strong as Arceus
Bruh he's just a *CHILL* guy he does want to become insanely powerful
i believe that kyurem is what is left of the original dragon and zekrom and reshiram are his power split apart
It's kind of weird you used the backstory from the movie as the backstory for the game, but they are similar, so I'll give you that. Otherwise, the Vale, Dragonforce, etc are probably not involved in GameFreak's vision for the Tao trio.
My theory is that ultra necrozma is the original dragon
I think ultra necrozma was losing its light this is a shiny ultra necrozma from the alternate universe with that cosmog in it
The shiny ultra necrozma went to a place in the sun to lose its light
In doing so they split into normal necrozma a shell that goes to the normal timeline making it ultra changing the place
And the energy left over forms into the original dragon and the energy split itself leaving parts that open a small wormhole grabbing a injured shell necrozma from on the ice part making that a normal timeline
Then it fuses the frosted ice covered injured necrozma shell with the leftover energy from any ultra necrozma energy
Forcing the split energy dragons to take elements from around them 1 took the burning passion from a boy and the other took the clouds
The husk dragon being was forced to use the icey element from the damaged necrozma husk, in doing so the elements cant mix making it impossible to fuse them fully together
The closest thing was fusing one of the plain energy dragons dna with the icey husk fusing them into 1 being
And this was alternatively was swapped to use thedamaged necrozma husk that was in a normal ultra timeline to take light and form from beings spewed out by the universe cosmog wich came from fragments of ultra necrozma energy to power up to get rid of terrible beings
But they got attracted to alola as it was flowing with necrozma energy from wormholes into different dimensions soon a necrozma husk got hold of one of the fully evolved cosmog giving it enough light to be stable for a while then it took light and formed a ultra necrozma but something went wrong it was normal
It was a husk that ended norma,
All of them did
It was only 1 true necrozma strong enough to effect all the timeliness
And then the player goes to the other side of the wormhole into the original world nothing special just normal places filled with new pokemon and it all ends some how but that was lost to time
Because they need to have a storyline for the remakes. "Episode Grey"
I hope that there's a Pokémon Legends game that give us what the True Dragon is
I say that your theory could be right because not only would a water-dragon type balance the trio by bringing Reshiram down a little, it could also be a type of connecter like the DNA Splicers allowing the dragon not included in Kyurem-Black or Kyurem-White to be included
The inevitable BW remake isn't Pokemon grey, a threequal, then I will let out a small tear
i just think gamefreak doesnt want the original because then they might be thinking they have to do three typings.
its more simple than that. they didnt think it through that much
It's mentioned by Ghetis in B/W 2 that Kyruem is a husk of sorts, a remanent of the original dragon's body.
He was the Pokemon that was created when they where unfused
I have a Theory! "Kyuryum" must've meant to use Kyurem as a "Vessel" for his consciousness. And that's why he must've had the ability to combine one of the dragons to him.But I think "Kyuryum" must've given too much mental strength to Zekrom and Reshiram so kyurem received low strength to combine and become the Original dragon
This is actual just plain logic and not click bait.
Thank you.
Average truth or ideal fan vs average emptiness emjoyer
Kyurem looks similar to eternatus skeleton
I think to summon the original Dragon pokemon is when they fuse you got to say the true name.
Pokemon Insurgence? ;D
Pokemon Legends: The Original Dragon😂😂
my theory for all of this is thus
Kyurem is an ailen pokemon (as said in the games that it came down in a meteor) Now to back track a little there are 2 original dragons one of zekrom and reshiram and one of all three.
I'm almost certain one of the Pokedex entries says that kyurem was the leftover power after the original dragon broke apart from itself.
it will probably be in the gen 5 remakes
I think they all 3 need to fusion together not only fusion black kyurem or white kyurem
Ok you have
Dragon - Fire
Dragon - Ice
Dragon - Electric
Dragon - Water as the final form is about obvious, I actually think
Dragon - Fairy
Dragon - Dark
Dragon - Ghost
Would be some interesting types
Everyone, if they ever do this just remember Ovi said it first
If we could one day use the full dragon, it should have the ability Dragon Aura.
Its in their typing:
Fire, Electric, Ice.
Nice video man. keep up the good work
Kyurem only fused with both of the dragons once, being the one connecting the two dragons together and then they were disconnected and aren't able to both fuse at the same time but only one dragon fused with kyurem
Answer Is Simple: Kyurem Can't Become Vahirom Kyurem
Because Unova Has No
Mega Evolution!
Necrozma Becomes
The Original Dragon By Fusing With Both Solgaleo And Lunala At The Same Time With Ultra Burst Which Is Very Similar To Mega Evolution.
Mega Evolution and Ultra Burst have nothing to do with Kyurem's ability to fuse.
Make the evolution similar to nekrozma, but in a way that you need all three to combine
Hmm perhaps it would be a form of primal mode or a mega evolution that can be made by reverting both of the legendary dragons to stones and using modified dna splicers to combine them and give it to kyurem to use it in battle
