Thank you very much, Mama Lee for your recipe...I made it tonight for my close friend, Korean family and also my Korean parents.. who are 78 and 81 years old. Everyone loved your bossam recipe... even my mom was impressed! She tried making bossam a long time ago, but it was too bland and overcooked. Your recipe made me a superstar tonight! 너무 감사합니다!👍👏 I can't wait to make this again! Thank you! 😙
Thank you very much. I'm really rewarding at times like this. It's really happy if the dishes I've been making delicious can be made again through someone else's hands and give them joy. I'm so grateful that you're sending me your sincere heart through the comments. If you make it over and over again, it'll be your dish at some point. I'll wish you and your family good health and good luck. Thank you again and again.
I'm so glad you can learn something from my RUclips channel. I will try to be a person who can challenge you and give you joy in the future. I hope you are always happy and healthy.
If you can't find salted shrimp, you can just eat it with salt and pepper mixed with sesame oil. And if you have kimchi, you can wrap it with just kimchi.
If you try to make any food, it brings unexpected ideas and joy. The radish salad that you eat with bossam goes best with it. Please try making it. Thank you.
Hello, nice to meet you. You live in Malaysia. Personally, I have a dream that I really want to visit Malaysia someday. Thank you for watching my RUclips. I wish I were a cook that would help you at least a little bit. I wish you always good health wherever you are.
Hello? Just like everyone's personality, food has the same name, but it seems to have different shapes and tastes. Of course, my food is my own color. The bossam I make will have another taste. I suggest you follow my recipe at least once. Stay healthy!
Interesting that there is ground coffee in this Bossam recipe. But I wonder if the pork (when eaten by itself and not with all the other wrap ingredients) had a noticeable coffee flavor or not really? I also assume that the coffee gave the pork a slightly darker color?
It was my mom's way of putting coffee in my recipe a long time ago. The reason why I put coffee is from pork, and it doesn't smell like coffee. It's just that pork doesn't make me smell bad, and bossam comes in a more delicious color.
